What a lovely experience we had on Saturday night. Everyone was so nice and bent over backwards to create a wonderful experience. The food was tremendous. You really need to order the wedding soup...delicious. Our server was so nice and pleasant and attentive. The manager checked on us a couple of times. I highly recommend it.

Food and service was fantastic. Pasta is homemade and outstanding. Only suggestion is to sweeten the cannoli fillings. Thank you for an amazing meal!

The food is really good. I like the ambiance and vibe. I would like a couple of well crafted vodka drinks on their menu (I’m a fan of Livia’s Lemon Travolta) the pasta with ragu is one of the best. Great lentil Soup last Night. I preferred their older version of the Cesare salad. (And I noticed the hugeParmesan cheese wheel was missing but I used to buy some of their Parmesan to take it home). Their bread is rustic Italian and fresh, very good. There is seating at the circular bar and it is nicely appointed with small lamps gives a nice cozy feel.. I like it!

This is the best Italian restaurant in Naperville or anywhere in the suburbs. The pasta is perfect, the seafood is super fresh, the menu has excellent variety, the service is spot-on, and the wine list is interesting. We have been here 4-5 times in the last year and have been impressed every time. I hope this sticks around!

This was our first visit, and we really liked the place. Interesting menu and a nice wine list. The service was a bit rushed, but I can’t complain about that. I would definitely go back.

The restaurant does not open on Saturdays until 4 pm, and our reservation was for 11:30 am. So, we wasted a long drive over and back for nothing. Very poor. Norm Sather

Our server was amazing.....Michael. He suggested a lovely wine after listening to our preferences and chose between two dishes for my husband which turned out perfectly. Can't wait to go back.

We came here today for valentines and despite some of the negative reviews on here, this place was GREAT! We had the suppli and Italian wedding soup as an appetizer and both tasted amazing. For dinner we had pasta, the ragu and bolongese and both as well tasted good and were seasoned well. For dessert we had the tiramisu and cannoli and the cherry cannoli was our favorite of the three. Our server Osvaldo was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and very nice. We were very blown away by his service. We will definitely be requesting him when we return. Overall we had a great dinner and cannot complain.

First of all I’m not sure who’s fault it was Open table or the restaurant, reservation was automatically canceled right before my time so I had to call the restaurant and re-confirm they said it was some kind of glitch in the system.

Lighting in restaurant very poor way too bright, ambience not warm or cozy.

No tablecloths and tables didn’t seem too clean.

First salad that was ordered to split between us server leaves in hurry with no side plates for us to use.

Wine I wanted on list was out, ordered something different and it took a long time to come, you want to have wine with your food !

My girlfriend and I like Al dente pasta but the pasta in dish that we ordered was undercooked.

We were seated in the overflow area aka Zorba’s. It was actually more cozy and intimate with better lighting than the main dining. Sue the hostess was extra friendly and our server Emily was great. Recommendations were wonderful and food was delicious. Our Valentines dining experience was fantastic. Thanks!

Went for Naperville Restaurant Week, date lunch. Great ambiance-Charming Sophistication in Decor. Attentive staff and excellent service-Frank was our server. We loved the small plates and Great Italian Cooking. We had the Wedding Soup, NY Strip Steak Sandwiches, Chocolate Cannoli and Tiramisu-all awesome... Can't wait to go back for dinner sometime!!

The kale salad , steak sandwich & French fries were just amazing , so tasty. Dessert was excellent! Tiramisu & cannolis awesome.
Adorable place with a little Italian store & Lavazza coffee connected.

We had given up on this restaurant due to inconsistent service and food, but this last experience was very positive. Ozzie, our server, was friendly and efficient and the food we ordered was exceptionally good. You won't get a quick meal, but you will get a good meal based on this last visit.

The staff and ambiance were wonderful! We enjoyed our dinner and stayed until the restaurant closed. They were very accommodating. The food was good, but we feel it's overpriced for a restaurant in the west suburbs. The prosciutto & fig board was more of a plate, not a true "board" with respect to presentation and portions. Figs were delicious, but seems a little pricey for what you get. The Ossobuco was good, but a little overcooked. Broccolini was yummy! The Ravioli Che Figata Fatti in Casa was uniquely delicious and a nice portion size. However, it seemed like there should have been something more for $26. The bread and olive oil were really nice, but we had to request from the server. Desserts were good. I'd recommend Che Figata to friends, but will warm them to check menu prices so that they are prepared.

What a HUGE difference compared to our last visit. The menu change was a great idea and more diner friendly. Our server, Danielle, was attentive and accommodated our ‘not in a hurry’ dining experience with our friends. Our last visit there a few months ago was probably one of our least satisfying - horrible service, marginal food and a general feeling that the staff, including management, didn’t care or have much experience. We decided to not go back for a very long time, if at all. Recently we decided to give it one final shot and were pleasantly surprised. The food was really good, the vibe was better and it was a far more satisfying experience than before. The management change paid off. We’ll go again!

We’ve been here four or five times over the last couple of years and they just can’t seem to get things right. We’ve never had an overall good experience. For a meal of around a $100 per person they need to be a much much better at this. My risotto wasn’t cold but was room temperature and had an okay flavor. The place wasn’t busy and we got the appetizers 5 minutes before we got our drinks. A friend had lamb and he said it had good flavor but it was fatty. The last time we went in they didn’t have any pizza because the pizza oven wasn’t working. In general I feel like it’s way over priced for what you are getting and the food is mediocre at best. A typical hotel restaurant that has lots of business travelers that don’t come back. I’d pass and find somewhere else to explore.
