Staff were most attentive and eager to please. They were professional in every sense of the word. Reasonable precautions were taken to protect diners. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed the a normal evening of dining out immensely.

Great selection on the salad bar. Awesome salmon and grilled pineapple. My daughter is begging to take her friends there.

A swing and a miss! Skip Charbroil Grill and beat feet to Texas de Brazil, Chima, or Fogo de Chao for a better churrascaria experience with the appropriate flavours. service, selections, and value.

Disappointing all around. Mango Caipirinha all fruity-juicy and lacked any hint of the Cachaça. Salad bar appeared ample, but all selections tasted bland, and the Feijoada had no Brazilian character. Chimichurri sauce was way too oily, and tasted storebought and stale. Service was inattentive, and the Meats... Ai Yay Yay the meats were TASTELESS, except the Picanha, which was almost TOLERABLE. Highlight of the meal was the grilled whole pineapple: hot, sweet, smoky, and deliciously charred. Dessert tray had only 4 choices, so we passed. Bummer of a meal. Oh, well!

They ran out of Steak,they did have chicken but that was not what i came to the restaurt for, and they did not inform us that they ran out of steak. My husband heard them turn people around and that is how we learn that they will not be coming around with steak.

Christmas Eve

Another great visit with a table full of teenagers. Every one of them left full and happy! Great service. The food would be offered faster than we could eat it which was awesome. Will definitely return soon.

It's always a great meal and time shared here with my family. Service is outstanding.

Usually, Charbroil is a great restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night instead of Friday or Saturday night. Maybe this was the reason it wasn't very good. The salad bar was the only consistent food. The prime rib was overdone to the point of well done and very salty. The filet mignon was over done as well. There wasn't as much variety as there was when we were there on Friday and Saturday nights. I had to ask the waiter for more water after waiting for over 25 minutes. My father ordered a martini and was given a very strange yellow colored drink. The carvers were great and did check back quite often to see if we needed anything else. We will give this restaurant another chance as this was the only time we were disappointed.

Awesome choice for Mother's Day dinner.

I hadn’t been to this restaurant in about 3-years. My son took me for Mother’s Day. The salad bar has been cutdown to the bare minimum. The salad bar was similar to the one at many chain restaurants.

The meats were fine, but the wait staff had to be reminded to bring us items.

Food was fantastic. One issue I had was that not everyone came by with different cuts of meat. Just kept getting the same cuts. However food was delicious

I think all I came for was the grilled pineapple but really it was the nicest place! The service was impeccable and the food is so amazing!

When we go to Charbroil Grill, it’s always a great time and this time was not the exception. We really enjoyed the service and food. The only thing that wasn’t up to the expectations I have for Charbroil Grill is the seafood. The shrimp at the salad bowl had a weird taste to it. It taste as if they’ve had the shrimp frozen for quite some time. Also, the clam chowder had that same taste. That would be something, if modified/adjusted, would have made my experience 10/10.

The staff was kind and accommodating for our confirmation dinner celebration with 24 of us attending. Children and adults alike enjoyed the unique and tasty dining experience. Nothing like it in the area!

Slow to bring meat. Said they were coming with different kinds and never showed up.

I found your restaurant very enjoyable. The fact that the price quoted on the website was a total price, I found very refreshing. I was used to various tack-0ns running up the cost after the fact. You did not do that. I had heard about you for a number of years. You lived up to expectations.

Food was amazing, the staff were extremely professional, and the restaurant looked outstanding! Definitely grab some of those mashed potatoes if you go!

Food was good value for the price. The salad bar left something to be desired but for the price was good enough. The meats were fabulous and loved the pineapple. The gouchos and wait staff were kind, attentive and good at what they did. Hostess staff and manager need to work on their professionalism. They were giggling and arguing about communicating schedules right at the hostess stand in front of customers. Overall it was an ok experience.

It was surprisingly a pleasant experience. I happened to Google Brazilian Steakhouse near Potomac and found this one.
