We had a late night reservation (10:30), but didn't feel rushed at all. Our food was very good and our order came out correctly and timely. Our waiter was professional and pleasant. Would recommend!

There was a gentleman who stood out. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, he was bussing tables. I noticed he was not only bussing tables, he was doing the servers jobs, making sure all the diners were taken care of, including us..... Providing forgotten silverware, pouring water, & wine, etc. He had eyes everywhere. He should be managing the servers. A big thank you to him for making our evening better. * We should have given him our tip.
The food was pretty good but the service left a lot to be desired. We were only a couple but it wasn't very busy there and we were forgotten.

Lovely dining atmosphere. We ordered meals from the HV Restaurant week menu. The food was superb and filling. The only issue we had was with being seated...it took a little longer than we would have liked since we had an 8:30pm reservation. We didn't get seated until about 8:45. Seemed like tables didn't get cleared off that fast when we were in the dining room.
We had a delicious dinner. The service was perfect. Seth made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed.
The food was delicious but the service was not satisfactory. When they saw us because we were only two women they were debating who was going to wait on us. We had to wait over a half hour to get the bill and then when we got the bill it took another ten minutes to give the waitress the bill.
Took advantage of Hudson Valley week, and there was no skimping on the meal.

Delicious food in a great setting. I tried the branzino which was perfectly cooked and I loved the salsa verde that came with it. Did not particularly care for the side of brussels sprouts (too charred and oily).

This is the only restaurant my friend and I will eat at when at Resorts. Everything about this restaurant defines fine dining. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
The beef was of the highest quality. I recommend the dry aged. The sides, although pricy, were more than enough to share. Our server, and the service was exceptional! We felt like we were the only ones there.

I’ve been to Cellaio before and it’s been great and we went this time since it was Restaurant Week, and in my opinion it wasn’t close to the same standard. I ordered the polenta starter which was great and the salted caramel budino was excellent, but the branzino entree tasted and smelled “too fishy” and had so much red pepper flake on it that I couldn’t stop coughing after taking a bite. The server (she was great) came over and immediately apologized and asked if I would like something else, so I ordered the chicken. The chicken really didn’t have any flavor and the brussel sprout side was lacking. I’d consider possibly going back to Cellaio, but not during Restaurant Week.
Restaurant week menu options were great. Full size meals for a great price. Brussels spouts were out of this world!
Great food and atmosphere
I ordered a NY Strip steak medium and it was tough, also the fries came out cold, for a place of this magnitude that is unacceptable.
Everything was great from service by Timothy to our food. I was hesitant to go because of the mixed reviews but was so glad in the end that we did. The polenta was so creamy and earthy, the branzino was delicate and the star was the brussel sprouts. I don’t know how they got them so crispy and tender at the same time by I’ll find out cause I have to replicate them. After I finished my cheesecake I fought my husband for his budino which had a Carmel and burnt sugar taste that blended to deliciousness. Again, so glad we went and can’t wait to go again.
We had a very nice dinner to celebrate my birthday. Our server, Matthew, was excellent, friendly and wished me a Happy Birthday right away when he took the drink order nice surprise. Food delicious and we do enjoy eating here, hope to go again over the holidays.
I had a 7:30 Reservation from the time we walked in I was seated, the service and the quickness of all staff is ausome, the food was amazing. We order the Octopus Ink penne it was succulent, this was our second time here and we will comeback
Service was fantastic. And the food was even better. We can’t wait to go back and try more off the menu.
This has become our "Date Night" go to dinner at least once a month. We love going to Cellaio Steak for the ambiance, service and delicious food!
Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful. Our food was outstanding the filet mignon was like butter and the polenta was delicious we will definitely be coming back.
more than 45 min. wait for the food, very slow, I hated when had to wait a long time for my food

Service was good when we got it,constantly asking for things water,salt,pepper,wine,soda. Put a pitcher on the table if you can't keep coming over with water.
Service is very important,I would have to get a casino comp to go back.
I wish they held to a more business casual attire but other tha. That, food was delicious and service was definitely top notch
The Tuscan fried chicken was delicious - everything good just wish there were more choices for people on low sodium regimens, although staff really helpful investigating menu with us!
