Cecconi's Pizza Bar
Starter + main + espresso for £10.50
Lunch combo offer: starter + main + espresso for £10.50
The restaurant has an excellent vibe. The pizzas were excellent and the staff friendly. Pretty good value too. Would definitely return.
Amazing food, good value for money and there was still an incredible atmosphere despite social distancing.
My favourite Soho place to drop into for decent cocktails, excellent food (at sensible prices), fabulous service and some proper uplifting sounds - brilliant!
Great pizza and pasta and lovely staff! Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic lunch , with the lovely Emily as our waitress. Good quality great Italian food at a good price in central london .
Staff fantastic, busy Friday night post lockdown and they were great....
Food perfectly adequate.
Use of Old Compton Street as an outdoor cafe working really well
Love the new outside tables setting, great food and great service as always! Well done!
We were appalled by the poor safety measures in place. Despite all staff was wearing masks, there was a constant flow of people in and out of the premises, clogging the bar area, ignoring safe distances and constantly bumping into our table. The staff did nothing to minimize this. If you want to expose yourself to the risk of getting Covid-19, this is the place.
Great food and cocktails, also surprisingly good vibes despite covid!
Excellent. Delicious pizza and salad. Great welcoming relaxed service.
Lovely food and buzzing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Great jug of Hugo Spritz. Just to much ice for the price.
The pasta was cold and very bland.
It was very expensive for what it was. Staff were friendly.
Really excellent place for lunch and cocktails. We had the £5 menu and that is really excellent value - the food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing.
Nice pizza .. did the job .. good Negroni though as a pre meal aperitif it landed about 5 mins before the food ..
Good wine by the glass
Though £6.00 for a basic side salad with grey /black avocado was a bit of a joke !
Food was decent and well priced for the location, but the environment was far too loud and dark.
Fantastic food and service.
A simple but high quality menu.
This was my fourth visit and it has been consistently high quality.
Great little restaurant and bar . The staff are really nice . Even when extremely busy . Food was served quickly and the cocktails are great too.
Food was very nice and generous ! The sharing plates are large don’t be fooled! While it’s lively and got a nice buzz, the music is a little loud depending on where in the restaurant you are sitting- making it hard to hear each other at times. We were there on a Tuesday night and the service was friendly, but quite slow. Took us a while to get our food.
For sure I’ll recommend to a friend. The food was amazing but the attention even better. Giulia was an incredible host, she recommended us the best options and they have the best tiramisú we’ve ever eat.
Thank you very much!
Great atmosphere service could have been better, Pizza was excellent but the pasta dish was a bit sticky, lacked flavour and was too salty. Cocktails and desserts were excellent. Would definitely recommend for Pizza but would suggest to stay away from the pasta.
I would say our experience was just ok. The food was average - we had the nduja pizza but there was hardly any nduja on it. The arrancini balls were over cooked, the carbonara was not bad but the bacon in it was very fatty. My favourite part was the drinks - aperol spritz and non alcoholic Venetian spritz. Service was ok but nothing more.
Fantastic restaurant in a great location if you’re heading to the theatre. Friendly and courteous staff, delicious food and reasonably priced for the centre of London. Highly recommended!
The staff were very kind; butthe food was massively salty. The calcio e pepe pasta was inedible because of the excessive salt. The pizza was also salty. Go easy on the salt!
Great little place, yummy food and fab atmosphere!
All in all this was a good experience for the price. We met here early due to the offer from 3-6pm although we weren’t offered this menu until I asked! Cocktails were great but the pasta I had was average and reflected the price.
Not nearly the same atmosphere as Cecconi’s in Shoreditch but I suppose it will always be busy due to the location.
Service was friendly & efficient.
Noise level being high isn’t a bad thing. Was nice to be in a place with an equally good bar as it does restaurant. Favourite place I’ve been to in a long long time, will be back every time in London.
Very good value and speedy service, however it was too dark inside. We could hardly read the menu and had to use the torch on our phone!
Excellent food and service. Am always a bit sceptical of places near the theatre. But this place is a real find. Great service and great pizza. Will go again.
Hi StuartJ, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback on your visit. We're really happy to hear you had a great time with us and are definitely looking forward to serving you again soon. Thank you :)
Overpriced low quality food. We ordered a margherita
Pizza, which has way too much sauce and was not even cut properly. We also ordered focaccia, which tasted like salted pita bread. Finally they advertise a special happy hour menu, but later they mention it’s for walk in only. I would not recommend
In London 6 days 3 dinners here- enough said!! 👍 great food and friendly service- great crowd watch too!!
Hi FrankA, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback on your visit. We're really happy to hear you had a great time with us and would love to look after you again next time you're in London. Thank you :)
GOOD. FRUIT FLIES don't do them any favors. The salad was much smaller than expected, but overall, GOOD>
Lovely freshly made pizzas and the gnocchi was delicious,, could have done more soft drink choices though
Hi PeterW, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback on your visit. We're really happy to hear you had a great time with us. In regards of the soft drinks, we have a selection of Italian classics, as well as your regulars (e.g. Coke, lemonade, juices...) and a few virgin cocktails; ask your waiter next time you're in and they'll be more than happy to walk you through your options. Thank you :)
the Waitress.. that’s all I could remember ..pizza was good though..
The music is loud feels like a club or street club not a restaurant
Our waitress was brilliant...engaging, entertaining and efficient. She made our visit special. X
Hi MikeM, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback on your visit. We're really happy to hear you had a great time with us and are looking forward to serving you again soon. Thank you :)
Its a nice place - good food and quick service
Two complaints - it is so so noisy, you can't hear properly. And we have to send our drinks back twice as they were wrong.
Food was amazing (truffle arancini wow) but the noise level was beyond anything I'd ever experienced in a restaurant. Truly unbearable and unnecessary.
The staff were good, we were running late but on calling them they kept our table. Service was prompt, friendly, efficient.
We shared two pizzas and a bottle of wine, it was adequate for three ladies, pre theatre light meal.
It was a busy evening. The restaurant is exceptionally handy for the Prince Edward Theatre so perfect for our evening performance of Mary Poppins.
The food was great - highlights included the zucchini fritters to start and the carbonara and pumpkin ravioli for mains. Prices a little on the high side - especially for any alcohol! Service was quick, friendly and helpful. We had booked a table for 5.30pm prior to visiting the theatre opposite; it was already very busy, very noisy and very dark!
