Catch 22 is locally owned and operated by Gary & Penny Duren. Since 2001, we have had the pleasure of giving our guests the best possible dining experience. Catch 22 is Open for Dinner Monday thru Saturday. We implemented the Path Forward Plan, by the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce for a safe dining environment.
All of our beef is aged 28 days, Brass Town Beef, hand selected for marbling and tenderness and cut in house to give you the best flavor. We also fillet our locally caught fish in house daily!
Our Dinner Menu and Early Dining Menu Items are available for Take Out. Catch 22 can cater in your home, office or a location of your choice. We also enjoy hosting special parties of up to 50 in our back dining room. Enjoy your special occasion and let us do the work!

excellent meal - the pork chop and hand made ravioli were outstanding. Excellent hand made cocktails, and great service. We will definitely be back

The food was excellent and staff attentive. I have no complaints. We were out of town and wish I could take the restaurant home with me.

Food was good. Service a little slow it took approximately 30 minutes for appetizer to arrive from time of order and main course took approx 40 minutes from appetizer. So a little displeased with service since we were tourists and locals who where dining at same time appeared to get more attention and better service

The atmosphere was very quaint and quiet, very relaxing. The service was great. The food was AMAZING. If you are looking for a good steak, this is the place to go.

My wife and I go to Hilton Head several times a year and always go to Catch 22. The food and service is always excellent. Our favorite dish at any restaurant in Hilton Head is the crispy duck at this restaurant. We've been going for close to 20 years and will always when in Hilton Head.

We had a hush puppie appetizer, I had scallops with ravioli and my husband had the ribeye. Everything was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to return during our next Hilton Head visit.
