I would have given a 0 star review but that option isn’t available. This was the first time I had walked out of a restaurant in my life. We were seated at 7pm, by 7.25 the only interaction we’d had with any staff member was a waitress clearing a table next to us. We asked how long the wait time was for food to which no one came back to us on. No one offered us water or taken a drinks order, we didn’t even have a drinks menu. We had heard so many positive things about the food, was extremely disappointed to leave and go to the restaurant next door.

It was a busy night with not enough experienced wait staff and kitchen staff. Used QR code food did not arrive, received two skewers which were nice. After an hour still no other food for the table and other tables near us were experiencing the same delays and also left without eating as the Lions game was about to start. My son ordered one bao bun and it didnt arrive, my friend ordered 3 and recieved them. Neither of us received receipts for our orders via QR. Wait staff didnt return to advise on status of orders other than the kitchen is really busy. Not able to comment on the rest of the food as it didnt arrive after an hour. Friend enjoyed her buns. We were looking forward to a nice dinner and my son was from interstate it was so disappointing. Very disorganised.

Booking platform says Standard or Bar, no mention of outside seating for customers who haven’t been before. Having to place a credit card for booking is unnecessary as it’s sensitive information. Was asked 3 times for drinks while still waiting for my friend, then no one came over when ready to order, had to find someone. Drinks came after all the dishes came out. Food was good, the steak was chewy though. The lady servers were lovely but the male was very rude. Overall very disappointed.

The food was good, but the service was not the best. While they’re kind and polite, the service was very slow. On arrival our table wasn’t ready, we had to wait more than 15 minutes. Then it took a while before they finally took our order and it was like this all night. At the end we were also charged wrong for one of the items and it took a long time to sort out as we had already paid

Absolutely delicious meals and luxurious cocktails. We enjoyed a wide selection of entrees and mains among a group of six. A surprisingly delightful restaurant in suburban Brisbane.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Casa Chow, cocktails and food are definitely a favourite. The restaurant is upbeat with great music, lively chatter from patrons and staff who go above and beyond. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back soon.

We loved every aspect of our evening. The food was so interesting and delicious - the prawn and crabmeat toast and the empanadas are just two dishes I could come back for again and again. And I love a venue that elevates non-alcoholic drinks (their cocktail list is amazing too!). To top it all off, the staff were so lovely and the buzz was great. We’ll definitely be back.
