Pedro made us very welcome & went the extra mile so we enjoyed ourselves. Everyone's food was very good & we all had different things.

4 adults and 1 toddler meeting for brunch. Upon arrival despite booking we were told they needed the table back 90 mins later which was absolutely fine in the end but I think advance notice of this would have been more appropriate. Food arrived promptly and was well presented and tasted good. Service was friendly and accommodating. Clean loos. Baby change only in the ladies but men can access to change baby if needed. Overall pretty good. Would return.

Fillet steak cooked medium rare was perfection, good cocktails, house wine is excellent and service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The service at the Blackheath branch of Cafe Rouge is far superior to that of the Greenwich branch which is larger.

On arrival the host said she did not have my booking! She explained that they don’t always get the open table bookings, how can this be? I was advised to call the restaurant directly in future? Anyway- a table was found My friend had a 40% off food voucher and we all enjoyed our meals and house white wine was good. Service was ok and friendly. Toilets clean with nice hand wash! Good for meeting friends as menu is varied and ambiance is pleasant and not too noisy so you can have a chat!

Had a wonderful time with friends. Pedro and his staff did their utmost to make sure we all had a good time! Food was as tasty as ever and the service was brilliant! This is our favourite Cafe Rouge restaurant!

Went to Café Rouge after the fireworks in Blackheath. Waitress excellent. Food good - as you expect. Will return.

Met an old friend for a few hours over an early supper. It was not too busy, just right. It was a very nice evening with good service, good food and nice wine. Would recommend.

A good meal for 2 was had by my wife and myself when we visited on Thursday evening. We were amazed at how quiet it was, but it got busier as the evening progressed. The Beef Bourgignon was exceptionally tasty with tender meat, nice herb mashed potatoes and delicious gravy. Presentation of the starter and deserts could have been better but the food was okay. The service was very attentive and friendly. We used a 40% discount voucher off main course meals so this brought the cost down otherwise it would have been expensive for what it was. The wine was a bit too dry for my wife's liking so I ended up drinking most of it!

We prefer this cafe rouge best. We have celebrated a few occasions here. We don't usually bother to leave feedback but this visit was exceptional. It was my birthday and full marks to the kitchen staff as the food was the best ever. The waiter was really nice and helpful too. The best service. All in all a lovely chilled out evening with very good food and drinks, and a brilliant waiter who got the service just right 10 out of 10 to him. Thank you Cafe Rouge Blackheath for a memorable birthday.
