This entire step up and decor was amazing. The only thing is that we had to keep asking for a refill on our bottomless rośe. Which was pretty annoying. The service was just ok. That’s really it.

Very slow, very poor service. No one has any initiative and or awareness of customer needs. The food is less than mediocre and overpriced. Stale old cheese on the charcuterie board, the burrata salad was like the bag lettuce from the 99cent store. I ordered bottomless mimosas and I had one glass in an hour and half. If I had to pick one thing the tea time was okay. Other than the cute pictures you can take there, this place is nothing more than an IG post. But for that you can go to meow wolf or area 15.

The staff was attentive, the food was fantastic, and there were lots of great photo ops. Well definitely be back on my next Vegas trip!!

The overall experience was okay. Just that it took forever for a server to come to us and check on us. When the cafe was almost empty. We ordered the bottoms bubbles which was $20 per person and only had one drink because no once came around to check on us for another cup. That was highly disappointing. But food, coffee, and ambiance was great. Next time i will probably try a different location other than this one.

The ambiance is beautiful. The service was ok. We had a party of 4 and everyone received their food at different times. By the time I received my dish everyone was almost done with theirs. I believe the manager was one of our servers. She could use a bit more of a friendly attitude.

We were a party of 5 out-of-towners and we went for brunch here. We wished there were standard breakfast items available (pancakes, French toast, eggs, etc.). We made reservations in advance, but when we arrived no one asked for our reservation and there was not a table ready for us. We had a short wait, and then when we were seated it took a long time for a server to come to our table. We were worried that maybe our table had been overlooked or forgotten. 4/5 of us ordered mimosas (which came promptly!) and one person in our group ordered a latte. It took a long time for her coffee to come though, and by the time she got the latte our food was arriving and everyone else's drinks were about gone. When the food came, 3/5 of us got our food and the other two had to wait a while. The food was delicious, but we wished our food had been served closer together. We were all hungry and it was unfortunate that almost half of our group had to wait to eat. Other that, the experience was good. The restaurant is lovely, especially for photos, and the menu has a very interesting variety. We all enjoyed our food, coffees, and mimosas. The portion sizes varied from dish to dish- some portions (like the smoked salmon on toast) were small for the price and some (like the waffles) were generous. The service could have been better, but the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere. There were no errors or mistakes with our food, either. I would recommend coming here for a fancy coffee, a treat from the bakery case, or for photos, but I wouldn't recommend a full meal.
