When we first entered as the first diners for the evening the music was quiet loud. We asked the waitress for a quieter table and were seated in a small alcove area & the DJ turned down the speaker in this area 👍👍 . We were promptly served drinks by a lovely waitress & we ordered oysters kilpatrick for entree. They were very tasty. We ordered the slow cooked lamb for main - share meal for two. The lamb was melt in the mouth and came with plenty of roast potatoes & broccoli. There was enough for 3 people! Sadly we couldn’t fit in any deserts. Highly recommend for food, service and value.
Really enjoyed our time with you, even though I have never seen such tiny oysters! Thought you could have been a bit more generous with the Dukka on the Hommus. Live music was really enjoyable.
Was great to be out in the real world again, & look forward to another afternoon with you soon. Cheers Annie
Lovely setting. The menu appears limited but the Lamb shoulder for 2 highly recommended. Saw this on the notice board on entry, Good portion, delicious, value for money. Totally impressed. Nice mocktail options too.
Yummy dinner and drinks. Good service and cool vibe.
Had a wonderful dinner with my wife on vacation from Adelaide.
The staff were friendly and informative on the chef’s recommendations.
We went with the lamb shoulder for 2.
It was Devine.
Would highly recommend.
Slow service at bar, had to wait a long time standing. Basic cocktails had to be made using a recipe creating slower service, cocktails served without garnished and not presentable for the price you are paying.
staff were helpful, very pleasant
the food unfortunately was hit and miss- one piece of my fish was inedible but the other was delicious. Would be really nice though if cafes could offer healthier options
Plate full of chips- no salad- would be good to add to menu salad instead of chips with fish
Great dining experience. Had the eye fillet meal, amazing.
its a shame that the menu is so reduced, not that many options as before.... so i am not sure i would go back until the menu increases.
Enjoyed the live music and the ambience of the venue. Oysters were great with a good selection of wines and beers.
Service was excellent,
Food was absolutely amazing and tasted great.
The staff were all friendly and very cooperative.
Overall was a good night there and highly recommend.
Great atmosphere and music spot on played by DJ Niki De Saint. Local gem
Great food, great atmosphere. I got the coconut curry- so good
We took my 8 month old baby with us and they cater well for children too
Would definitely go back
We had the steak and curry which were both delicious & prices were reasonable too! Especially for noosa
Food is really good, service is excellent and it's great value for money.
We've live locally, we've eaten here before and will do so again.
Definitely recommended if you're visiting
Friends referred us to Cafe Le Monde, specifically to the lamb shoulder/bottle of wine deal. We were glad they did. The food was delicious and the helpings generous. We also enjoyed the venue's laid back but lively ambience which allowed us to watch Hasting Street's passing parade on a Friday night while we dined. Service was prompt and attentive.
I have heard that this is a popular place to eat yet we had to ask four times for water then when we got up to get our own all the jugs were empty. Also the yellow curry all the veggies over cooked and the mackerel was tough and over done. Chips with the burger were soggy.
Eye fillet was to die for chef deserves more money
The Lamb shoulder was AMAZING, beautiful place to eat. Would definitely return
Kept coming back whilst on 10 day break in Noosa. Virtually tried everything on the menu. All excellent but the lamb shoulder for two was OUTSTANDING.
Great food, great service, great ambience. Would recommend.
This was our second time dining at Cafe Le Monde. The food has been excellent on both occasions, really lovely flavours. It was a Sunday evening so the restaurant was quieter than our previous visit but still very nice.
Food was great! Service was great! We had such a great night. The new staff member (don't know her name but she was from Canada) that waited on our table was amazing. It was her third shift and she did a great job! :)
The food and service were both outstanding and we enjoyed the evening thoroughly
We visited the cafe a few times over the past 5 years and as always it’s always amazing food and service The steak was amazing First time I have had it but I really enjoyed it so much I came back on a date night with hubby and had it again.
The chilled seafood platter is a perfect dinner for two with a salad.
The waitstaff especially the female from Redditch was very good
Awesome food in a relaxed atmosphere. We had the duck and fish curry and it was 10/10
Overpriced and poor quality when compared to other restaurants in Noosa.
Food was ok- nothing really special. Felt a little rushed by the servers.
We had bar food and oysters, bar food was tasty and oysters was fresh. Ambiance was good as there was no empty table, and small line outside. Overall was good experience!
Wonderfull food, service and drinks! A must do when you come to Noosa
So many mix ups on the evening, left for 20 minutes before even offered water.
Came here with my wife and two young children. Staff we very accommodating with the kids and the kids options were good. I got the sample plate and it was hands down the beat meal I had in Noosa. Would highly recommend.
Convenient location to our accommodation. We had a relatively quiet table on a Sunday night . Food very good and a lovely waitress.
We will book next time we are in Noosa
One of the best places on Hastings Street for relaxed dining and great service from the staff
Great shared platter for entree, and my main (prawn linguini) was delicious. Wife had the prawn bucket which she said was divine. Service was fast, good and friendly. The only drawback is it is priced fairly high, but I guess it is Noosa, and prices are the same in all the restaurants.
Great atmosphere and awesome food!
Kids loved it too!
Great food and staff. Very family friendly
Very impressed with the Coffin Bay oysters, the seafood pasta & our seats for George Washingmachine Jazz!
We will be returning for Oyster Happy Hour.
