Food was cold and not as good as it used to be and not as much to choice from.
Lovely service, lovely food & a wonderful warm welcoming place for my assistance dog.
My family enjoyed out meals, I had a problem that all but one desert had nuts on it or in it, so a few of us with nut allergies couldn't eat them, so maybe a selection with more nut free as well, staff were great, friendly and helpful, thank you
It’s a bit much to make people pay $20 per child. My kids literally ate a few bits of sushi and a bowl of ice cream with lollies. When I asked about the kids meal, I was told it had been phased out despite there being signs all over the restaurant that there was a kids deal. Pretty disappointing.
Food was average, and overpriced. No staff around to ask a question. The coffee was good though
Monday evening booking, not the selection of food that I remember from a couple of years ago. Have another booking for the 26/10/2019. We will see if it's better on the weekend. But overall on par with other buffets on offer.
The only negative really was the waiters, as soon as our plates were empty, they took them away, even if our mouths were still full. A bit over the top...
Food was poor, really bad and limited. Would never go again
Great great food, thanks so much for great service and everything was cleaned regularly
Better signage,to tell people, need order drinks at the bar, there are no bar staff ,coming to tables.
No wonder after 40 mins no drink waiter, came to my table.
Know is hard but meat containers were empty,no staff around carve more,,
Otherwise was okay
the food was great and the service was exceptional. Zack was so helpful and all of the other service staff were smiling, saying thank you. They made you feel like they really appreciated you being there. We will go back time and again.
We waited 15 minutes to get served. There was a huge line behind us and the staff saw us waiting but they didn't come over to show us our seat. Other people in the line were complaining too. It was father's day so it should have been expected that you were going to be busy. I have eaten here so many times before and it's been lovely. Also the food kept running out and customers had to keep asking for it to be refilled.
Service was very production line and practiced. Automated coffee machine wasn’t working 100%, only filled mug just over half way. Barista coffee was too expensive for what I was already paying for the meal. Food quality - overall - could of been of a higher standard!
What great value for money this was! The staff were fantastic and looked after us as soon as we came in the door. The food was yummy and had lots of variety to choose from.
The food that was available was yummy but not many options for children (hot chips, fries fish etc) or in general really. The desserts however were plentiful and delicious. Very attentive & welcoming staff.
Food was very average, the best thing on the buffet was the ham. Not worth 39.99 for something anyone can cook at home. Very dissapointed. The breakfast buffet on the otherhand is great.
Average food. Stood at desk on arrival and waited several minutes for lady to finish fiddling on her computer screen, it wasn't busy and she didn't even look up and acknowledge us until she'd finished whatever she was doing. Very rude.
I throughly enjoyed my time and the food! So much to choose from and everything was cooked beautifully.
If you were going with someone who had allergies (ie nuts, eggs, seafood) just be careful.
Very disappointed with the food and couldn't see the value for money. There was only one slice of roast meat in the tray and no one was there to slice any more and only a few scrap pieces of chicken in the other tray. The variety wasn't available like it use to be and we have been coming here to celebrate my son's birthday for the last 8 years. The staff we did see and deal with were great but I don't think we will be returning any time soon and will definitely not be recommending it to anyone.
Main Food was bland. Room for improvement. my Children enjoyed it though. Staff was great.
We had a nice time for the occasion of my 60th birthday. We were shown to our table straight away and it was out of the main traffic area. There was a good variety of mains and deserts. There was enough space between the tables to walk through to the buffet. Staff were polite and friendly. My only complaint was about other guests who seem to push people out of the way or not let them get to the food. There were a couple of ladies who seemed to be guarding certain dishes which annoyed me a little bit. Otherwise we had a very nice time. I have been to this restaurant many times and like it.
Great as always
vegetarian and vegans poorly catered for. I expected a higher quality of food, more on offer and less bian marie stodge. Would suit a meat eater looking for a big roast dinner.
For value for money it was ok.
The deserts and the Chocolate fountain was great.
Food was good for the price.
I was expecting a little more variety.
Overall service was excellent and enjoyed the dishes that were on offer.
It’s recommendable, we enjoyed the food, we have a little suggestion, since we pre booked, it would be nicer that our table was set up in a more welcoming way, like having glasses for water and carafe of water. A much cheerful staff to sit us and placed us on our designated table. Thank you
Food was ok. Not much selection and quite basic. Could have gotten a better 3 course meal elsewhere. Ice cream machine was slow and ice cream was to icy and was melted by the time we got back to the table.
Great for a quick hit n run meal. Service was excellent, especially Maeve who was exceptional.
my only criticism is that the tables are too low or the chairs are too high. Was uncomfortable. Felt like I had to bend down to eat. Won't keep me from going back though.
Wasnt happy with our monday night sitting . The one meat was chicken and they where the smallest chickens you could eat no baked vegetables only potatoes didn't get asked if we wanted drinks 40$ a head way over priced .
Wouldn't bother going again . 2 out of 10
From the 8 of us who went out for dinner.
A big let down from previous visits. No ambience. Not a smile or acknowledgement from any but one staff member (Jorg) and buffet was over priced for tired food on offer. Think maybe it’s become poor cousin to newly opened refurbishment?
Good service and food, we were just a bit disappointed that there was only chicken for the roast meat.
Everything else was good and the food we ate was nice. Dessert and the chocolate fountain was the best.
Dined with son and 3 young grandchildren and was a pleasant experience for all. Good choice of buffet food which was nice and hot. Desserts were excellent and children enjoyed helping themselves. Staff courteous. Fairly expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Food a bit bland, not a lot of variety like there used to be
The service we received was outstanding. Could not have got better!
The meat from the carvery was quite dry and chewy, hint to chef, roasts require slow cooking on a low heat, not blasted in an oven quickly. Also the steamed veggies were very under cooked, the cauliflower was too raw to cut. Basically it appeared that the food was cooked at speed rather than for enjoyable eating. On a positive note, the desserts were beautiful.
Only 2 roast meats available (turkey and beef), the turkey was dry and tough, used to be lamb, pork, beef etc. Prawns were whole had head and tail on (used to be peeled) by the time i peeled the prawn it was tasteless. Noboby advised where to get drinks from just sat us at a table and didn't say anything about how the buffett works. The porterhouse was tough. I did hear that the price is going up to over $60 per head in September I hope the menu changes to get value for money if this happens.
Unfortunately the mains were pretty bland apart from a curry you had on for Sunday night. The desserts are always the favorites, lemon tarts being fabulous.
The pasta, steak, fish and roast meats were below part in terms of flavor, being dry and also lack of quantity even at 6:20ish.
It has been a long time between visits,
last time the selection was 2nd to none, .. service both times excellent!!
I was disappointed with range of food.. nothing I was excited about , all every day food.
Maybe this was my fault in choosing the wrong restaurant.. and maybe I will look into the others you have. Thank you
Amazing tasting food, beautifully presented, staff very friendly, good value for money, lots of variety. Would highly recommend A++++
The variety of food was quite limited and what was served wasn't appealing at all. I ended up only having some pumpkin soup and coleslaw. Need more vegetarian options that aren't steamed veges or salads!
