Buffalo Wild Wings - Times Square
Needs better service also drinks were not really good.
Extremely slow service, boneless thursday discount devalued
Food is classic like all BWW in the suburbs, prices are a little higher than usual, service is sometimes spotty but our server this day was a gem.
Worst service I’ve ever had
Ok! Service was not good at all but food was delicious! Music was too loud and could not talk with others at table
Lovely sports bar
Enjoyed my evening
Staff really friendly
Service terribly slow, paid for one drink and left after 40 mins when the food order had still not been taken. No idea what the food would have been like.
Horrible ! Service was slow as all get out and food was awful. When we asked for plates, the server gave us plastic lids to the top of takeout containers. Can’t make this stuff up!!
Great as always
Food was lousy -- and took forever to arrive. My reservation was booked through OpenTable, and Buffalo Wild Wings - Times Square never gave me credit for the booking. Never again at this restaurant.
We had a party of 13 reservation, we luckily got seated quickly but didn’t see our waiter at all for 10 - 20, he never took drink orders and went straight for food, we ordered a appetizer of chips and salsa which came out after our actual food did (which toke around 30 - 40 mins) and some people’s food at the table was cold, not a good experience
Went for March madness to watch with work team. Table was not ready when we got there and had to wait 15 mins before being seated. We had to get our own silverware; we were never given individual plates or waters for the whole table after asking several times. I understand it was busier due to the basketball games, but these are the basics.
No volume on tvs seemed a little odd for March Madness. Otherwise everything was good.
Our waiter was very tentative, but besides that everything else fell short. The food took an hour to come (it wasn't even at 50% occupancy) our waiter apologized constantly for how long it was taking and even told us the GM was "now in the kitchen cooking" that's how backed up they were.
Waited 1 hour for food - had to leave especially since the table that came in 45 min after us got there food before our table. This is a tourist trap of the worst kind.
I went tuesday and the wings were on sale. wings are amazing service was amazing. times square bww is a lot better than the one on 125st.
It's good. The food is good. The variety of sauces or rubs make it a good place to please everybody in your group.
Me and my girlfriend love wings, and we often would try out Buffalo Wild Wings however last night we went we got seated, then the waitress took around 20-25 minutes or so simply to take our orders. I went up to complain to the manager and he absolutely did nothing about it. He just asked me if I was okay and doing fine but he didn’t offer any assistance.
Absurdly shameful. They didn’t even offer to take care of the assistance. It’s a such a sham. I don’t suggest this location at all. Utter sham.
Had a great time at BWW’s all the servers were great
Great service...great food...good price! Thanks! A++
New Years Eve Party rocked!
Estuvimos muy bien en nochevieja en el bufalo wings de time square
NYE on times square, disorganization of servers, on left mid meal and another came (he was very nice) never received champagne or NYE favors, the food was standard but it was a zoo!
Terrible . Had a 945 reservation for 6 , never got called . Checked in with the hostess they said it would be 10-15 minutes , no problem I waited . After that 15 minute wait I kindly Asked the hostess how long approximately it would be since we already waited 15 minutes after the reservation time they said another 10 minutes . At about 1020 they said they weren’t seating anymore guests so we decided to leave. Very unorganized And unprofessional.
The service I received was very poor, couldn’t even get a glass of water and the food disgusting.
They didn’t let me have my reservation... I ended up having to leave because my party was too large. I am thoroughly disappointed as I looked like a unorganized teammate. I don’t know if I can ever trust this app again.
They didn’t honor the OpenTable reservation, said they tried to turn it off. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Waited over a hour and a half for meals, but had to leave due to parking in NYC. If you are going to drink, then it might be ok. Forget about the wings, they are $28 for an average size order, they were supposed to serve sauces on the side, but poured over everything. You couldn’t figure out where the sauces were. It’s loud, like being in a subway station. The seats are not comfortable, think wood chairs with straight backs. Horrible service by a bunch of staff who doesn’t want to be there.
Terrible in every way, but mostly the service (especially the host stand). The food is more expensive and not as good as other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. There are much better choices in the area.
Food overpriced and of poor quality. Service was excellent but the vibe of the restaurant was impersonal.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I AM MISERABLE .
I visited with colleagues today for lunch. The reservation was for 12:30 and we arrived on time. Essence our waitress came to the table about 10 minutes later. She was lovely and thorough, but clearly swamped. She took our order and the drinks arrived in 5 minutes. Our food, however, did not come for another hour. We had to ask her and a manager what was taking so long with our order. She apologized and the manager said that there were other large parties and the tickets were backed up. When the food finally came, the wings were over done and the fries were cold. I have to say, for the embarassing amount of money that we spent there, I walked away thinking that the high price was not commensurate with the service and food received. I don't think I'll ever visit again and certainly won't recommend the place! It's a shame that a restaurant serving simple bar food can't find a way to make it fast, easy, and convenient.
The wait staff was absolutely horrible. I have been to a few BBW in the past, and this by far was the worst experience ever. The food was ice cold, and no one was even at the restaurant but our food took forever
The waiters looked over our table of 2 because they wanted the bigger tables. Then finally another waiter who wasn’t even for our section came over and was nice enough to be our waiter
Never be back in any buffalo restaurants. Service was exceptionally poor.
The service was outstanding , just didn’t enjoy watching football and basketball everytime i go....
We reserved table, checked in and the hostess was rude, told he we reserved on open table, she replied okay hold on a minute, never did anything else then kept taking guest that came in after us.
I had a reservation for 6:45 on Saturday with a comment that we wanted to watch the UGA vs Auburn game at 7:00 on ESPN. We arrived at 6:15 but were not seated until our reservation time. That would not have bothered me if larger parties were not seated ahead of us during that time. After being seated the workers could not change one of the many TVS to ESPN. None of the TVs were on ESPN. That seemed weird for a sports themed restaurant. After multiple attempts they finally got 2 TVs on ESPN after kickoff and midway through the first quarter. After eating the game reached halftime and the TVs were changed to
A different channel. Our server was good but the experience for Our group on our first trip to NYC was terrible.
Service took forever, truly ridiculous wait time. However, the food was good.
That was the worst BWW I ever visited. After waiting 20 minutes on the table for our server to tell us that they ran out of a bunch ofsauces, beers and ingredients, we were able to order drinks.
Service was super slow and half of the food we ordered came out super late. By the way, the drinks took even longer!
Overall an unpleasant and nerve wracking experience. Not what you would expect when dining at such a good location in NYC.
Server was great.
So cold in the restaurant that the experience was unenjoyable. AC was running full blast even though it was 50 degrees outside.
