Buffalo Wild Wings - Montclair
Great thank you! Server was amazing on top of everything. Bad thing is I forget his name but was light skinned light hair and glasses.
We were sat almost instantly (which almost never happens), our server was ON IT!! Drinks! Food order and Delivery was perfect. Our food wasn’t as warm as it usually. It was borderline cool. We didn’t complain. Our server was still amazing!
I had a reservation comes to find out they cancelled my reservation because the lakers and clippers game was going on..there service sucks
They do not take reservations.
When we received our wings. They were cold along with the fries. But they did take care of us and remade the food for us.
I used the reservation system through OpenTable and they didn't honor it. They said that they were unaware of it and do not take reservations.
Horrible service didn’t like the waiter lady she was rude and disrespectful

We made the reservation with open table and we waited for an hour after our reservation and they still hadn’t seated us. The staff was rude and said it was first come first serve and the reservation did not matter. We left to the red lobster close by and we waited all of 10 minutes before they seated us. I will never attend this Buffalo Wild Wings.
My friend and I came here for dinner it tasted good definitely worth spending.
The restaurant was extremely loud. The music was blaring. I am getting over laryngitis and it made it almost impossible for me to order. I was there with my family and we couldn’t even talk amongst ourselves. I am shocked at how loud the management staff allowed the restaurant to be.
I had to let my kids play with the tablets supplied by the restaurant because I couldn’t even talk with them. So much for quality family time. BWW ruined it that evening.
I will say our server was on point. Thank god I didn’t need to ask for anything or make corrections. She was great. That’s the only nice thing I’ll say about my visit. Other than that it totally sucked

The service lagged food was cold and when asked for help they just said will look for your waiter witch took forever
We walk in because we had a 7 pm reservation and then they said it was gonna be a 1 hr wait the the reservation is just to take our info not to reserve so we walk out
The service was awful. One greeted us for a while then even when they did we waited forever just to get drinks. We got the food before the drinks. Will not be going back.
The food came out really fast even though they were busy. Came during the happy hour and our food was delicious! Our waiter was amazing with the service
I had a table reserved and when I got there I heard them say should we give them one and they did but they gave me a small one when it was for four people and there was many tables open.
On the day of the Canel vs GGG fight, I received a table. I had my confirmation email and everything, yet when I got everyone together what looked like the manager told us we needed to have a ticket to watch the fight. I told him I don’t care about the fight, I just want to eat. Yet we still couldn’t eat there because “every seat was sold”. I even called and no one had the courtesy to tell me that on that night a ticket was needed to eat there. Never going to a Buffalo Wild Wings again.
Horrible ! We sat down after making the reservation to wait 45 minutes ,then spoke to someone at the front desk . We finally got a server to our table and next thing we know some lady , supervisor or something says the table was already reserved and refused service! Never going there again! I understand it was a very busy day but they should have their systems updated& not sit us down and act like it’s our damn fault when it’s theirs !
I was not satisfied that i had to wait 25 minutes for a table that that i reserved for at 8pm. I arrived 20 minutes early to get the table at 8 pm. Other than that we had a great time there.
I went there on Friday at 7pm and waited 50 mins for my food to be served
When we walked in, we let the hostess know we had a reservation. She said it was going to be several minutes because the restaurant was “full”. I asked “isn’t that why we made a reservation to begin with?” She kind of dismissed my question and went to walk around the restaurant.
The food was served nice and hot. I had asked for my wings to be extra crispy that was missed along with my fries. The server got the fries brought out to me within a couple of minutes. I couldn’t advise them if the wings since we had a schedule to keep. But overall it was better than what service we get at the Rancho Cucamonga store.
The service seemed unorganized. We were seated at a table only to be told that we had to move because the table was supposed to be for a different guest. The food came out
Food was excellent! Tried something completely new and it was definitely filling ! I would definitely go back! The service was great!
It was the worst the food was cold music was too loud and the waiter took my card in the back for like 30 minutes go figure it was Montclair one of the trashiest places ever
Did take my reservation in consideration, after setting it up on OpenTable app 2 hours prior . I had reserved a spot for the same reason that it would be packed . But still tried making me wait another 2 hours. I will never use the OpenTable app or dine in at Buffalo wild Wings ever again .
It was a great experience I’ve always wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and I gotta day it was amazing the food was great the service was good, sadly it was hard to get the waiters attention so we could order more but in the end we could not but even so I found this experience to be very good and it was definitely a birthday to remember
