My wife and I went to this BWW Sunday after making a reservation on their website. We received confirmation emails and text message reminders for our reservation. When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation, she said, "We don't take reservations." When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she said that I should not have been able to make a reservation and no tables would be available FOR 2 HOURS. She didn't pretend to care about the inconvenience.

My wife suggested we get a takeout order, but we both felt that the restaurant should do something, even if only a symbolic gesture, to compensate for the service failure. We drove 40 minutes for a reservation that they confirmed but would not honor. The cashier took our order, but before we paid he went to the manager to see what could be done. I stepped outside and my wife spoke with the manager (Carlos R.) and he said nothing could be done. When I heard that, I went inside asked to speak with the manager.

Before he returned, the cashier brought our takeout order to us. Carlos R. showed up and told us nothing could be done because it was a third party's mistake. That defies logic! The third party is OpenTable which BWW hired to do exactly what they did: Make a reservation. I told him that I worked in restaurants for years and that you always try to satisfy the customer in the case of service failures. At least do SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to show that you are sorry for the failure and that you appreciate their business. He said he would do NOTHING. I showed him that our takeout order was complete and asked him if he would rather throw the order away than satisfy his customer. He said if you don't want the food at full price, I'll throw it away. He was happy to throw away the food and two customers. Why not discount the food slightly and keep two customers? He is neither a champion of logic or customer service. I wrote the corporate office the same day. No response. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Checked in with host and was told they are just waiting on a table to open and she would call me when ready. After seeing a few groups being sat after my arrival, I asked when I would be sat. The host had forgotten about me so that was too bad. But we were sat right away after that. Could have used a little more attention from the waiter but all in all the service was good. Food was great!

We had to wait another 40 mins to be seated even after we checked in to the reservation. After approaching the hostess, she forgot and she would seat us soon. So inconvenient because it defeats the purpose of making a reservation prior.

BWW seemed to have internet issues the day of my visit. I was told by the greeter that my Open Table reservation was not in the system because they were having internet problems. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes or try to find an open seat in the bar area. Luckily, we found an open table in the bar area.

I had asked for access to the WiFi and I was given the WiFi password by the waiter. I was able to connect to the wifi and there was no internet connection. I was having dinner for about an hour and the internet matter never resolved itself.

Despite the inconveniences of BBW not having my reservation and not having internet, dinner met my expectations.

Had a reservation, waited an additional 45 minutes to be seated because the server for our section was late for work. Their point of sales system was down but that was not conveyed until after the server took our beverage orders. Manager would not even come to our table to explain anything. If you're having technical difficulties that would hinder service that needs to be said immediately. Why couldn't another server take over our table temporarily. I feel this situation could have been handled/managed better.

Seating has completely changed. Mostly tables, not enough Booths. Servers attitude displayed lack of initiative to provide adequate service, seemed put out when we asked for things that should have been part of providing basic service and it was clear she did not want to be there. Buffalo wings are messy! We never received any Napkins from out server and finally had to ask a different server to bring us some. Two trays of wings, four of us and we were all expected to eat off the same two trays?! The server never offered to bring us additional trays! We had to ask for extra plates/metal cookie sheets which is what they use now to serve the meals. Our French fries were cold ($7 for a small basket!) barely any carrots and celery. $25 for 18 wings is considered a Large.. We had to order 3 Large and the last one came 40 minutes after we ordered. Our drink orders were also incorrect!

Needless to say, very dissatisfied with the new BWW management/owners( Arby’s).

My experience was poor. We had to wait over an hour for our food. We asked the waitress if our food was even being worked on and she said it was coming right out just to wait another half hour. It was obvious they forgot our order. We sat there watching people who arrived later than us get their food first. The food wasn’t even hot once it arrived and the waitress would disappear randomly so I’d have to bother another waiter if we needed anything but even they wouldn’t help. They would just tell me “let me tell your waiter”. Overall it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Really disappointed with the customer service I received. Called ahead to ask for the wait time girl on the phone said we can easily reserve a table online at open table so we did that when we got to Buffalo we told the lady upfront that we made the reservation for her to only say we’re not doing that anymore, I explained to her that the girl on the phone told us to make a reservation online so we wouldn’t have to wait in line she replied “well we’re not doing it anymore” didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. We then put our name down for the night waiting list and asked her what would be the approximate wait time she replied “I don’t know” okay then? Maybe an estimate of what it would be? She said “nope” if she would have simply approached the situation in a different manner I would have understood and wouldn’t have had any problem waiting she was extremely rude she had poor customer service skills and I left very disappointed at this point I would rather make the drive to the Northridge BWW to not ever go through this again.

B-Dubs is always a good time, though they were pretty swamped and it wasn't super fun that it took us about 25 minutes to pay for our food and were almost late to our movie. That might not sound like a lot of time, but when you consider how long 25 minutes is after having finished eating and just waiting to leave, it really feels like a while.

They seat us right away but the waiter we got was horrible! We had to ask him 3 or 4 times for the same stuff because he would forget. Never came back to give us refills until we ask the floor manager to help us out. We waited close to an hour just for him to collect our cards. His excuse was that he was in a meeting with his manager but why not have someone cover then.

Service was great until our table was lied to. We requested cheese curds and received mozzarella sticks. When we brought it to the attention of the waiter he reminded us that we were wrong and ordered the sticks. We asked if he had the waiter pad paper and he said no. So we placed a side order of cheese curds and he returned to tell us they were all out of the cheese curds. Did we order the wrong thing or were we just fed alternative facts?

I had my reservations for 7:30 pm we got there at 7:20 and we didn't get a table until 8:45
