On March 16, I celebrated my birthday and that was also the same day where restaurants were told that they had to close early by 8 PM in the restaurant put in seats me and I guess after that time. So we were seated at 6:30 and I actually am came a little late I little after seven and I’ll palma arrival the valet was like we’re close we’re close and was yelling at the same time. So I took it upon myself I park my own car and then as I’m walking up to the place I say hey you’re not parked cars today he said no we’re close but at the same time he was yelling as if I was a child. I did not like that experience. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I always been treated With upmost respect and great customer service but I did not experience there’s that. Let me remind you it was my birthday. Our server was also forgetful and basically rushing us at the same time. Like I understand that there’s a virus going around in the restaurant close at eight but that’s why we change the reservations from 8:50 PM to 6:30 PM and people like to sit down relax either full and not be rushed if you close at eight and it is not yet eight do not rush the customers even if it was 830. You do not rush your customer. But we still took it upon ourselves to give our server a great tip as well and not be ignorant so as being rushed. Several James our server forgot things such as sauce and stuff that we ask for Wic he had to be reminded. He does seem like a great guy he has been working here for a few years which I also acknowledge. But I was very upset at the service that I was provided I never experienced that in almost 10 years. Also it is time I celebrate my birthday which I celebrate my birthday here about six times I always get like a small piece a cake with the happy birthday written

We had an amazing dinner and couldn’t have had better service! THANK YOU for accommodating us and allowing us to sit on the third floor. We will be back again. The food was spectacular! 💙

Had 2 Appetizers : Lobster bisque had lots of lobster meat and Bacon and pickle appetizer was my favorite. Wine by the glass chose a French Sauvignon Blanc. Entre: Haddock and scallops was excellent. Creme brûlée for dessert. Thoroughly enjoyed all. Special thanks to our waiter Janos. Very knowledgeable and attentive.
Food and service were beyond amazing. You may be paying a lot; but you pay for what you get! Can’t wait to go back. Only bad part is that my bag ripped on the way out and I lost my leftover entree 😭😭😭😭😭
Absolutely fabulous entrees and the staff is very professional and attentive. The ambiance is superb. Highly recommend for any occasion or just because you want a wonderful dinner.

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary celebration. Started with the candied bacon. Fantastic!
Next the iceberg wedge, you could feed a small army with and very good.
Then we had the 40oz porterhouse for 2. Way too much food but worth every calorie and cent!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered the 32oz ribeye with black truffle butter, and my wife ordered the filet with lobster tails. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic, which started with our server opening and greeting us at the front door. If you're looking for the best steak and seafood, this is definitely the place for you.
Megan provided great service! Each course was delicious. Best Wedge salad I have ever had! Delmonico steak melts in your mouth.
Service was excellent. The side of brussel sprouts were undercooked/hard and was lacking flavor. The au gratin potatoes had more cheese then potatoes. The steak was enjoyable. Took our leftovers for an extra meal.
If you like steak, this is a great place. Service is very high-level and ambiance is wonderful.

The second floor dining room is the true ambiance of this restaurant. We were seated in what is used as the banquet section on the second floor near the entrance and server station. It was a buzz kill and totally ruined the night. This restaurant is getting really greedy by opening a room that doesn’t resemble a restaurant at all. It’s like sitting in the middle of a school gym. Don’t worry, the prices are still the same.

I took my son to BCH for his birthday dinner. We both ordered the Delmonico steak with truffle butter and maytag blue butter, a delicious addition.
The steaks were complimented by a side of very cheesy au gratin potatoes.
The excellent dinner was followed by an order of bananas foster. While tasty, they didn't come up to the same level as the entrée and side.
Service, as expected was good plus. the waiter suggested the au gratin potatoes, which are not on the menu.
By Buffalo standards, the prices are high, but value received.
I unhesitatingly recommend BCH, and will return for a special occasion.
My fiancée and I had a lovely time here. The atmosphere makes you feel at ease, and the lighting captures the romantic evening perfectly. The ribeye was fantastic and perfectly cooked, and my fiancée loved her NY strip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their kind demeanor is enough for us to come back. If you are looking for a fine steak and a good time out, this is the place to go in Buffalo.

Had a wonderful, delicious, happy time at The Chophouse once again. We felt like we were special which is what we come here for. If we wanted to feel ordinary, we'd of gone to Applebees. :)

Dinner, Service, Ambiance, All excellent and we really enjoyed our night out but it is very very expensive. Disappointed they wouldn't accept our $25 gift certificates because it was Valentine weekend. (no reference on certificates that they aren't valid holidays).

My husband and I went there for Valentines. Our waitress Meghan was great. She explained the menu and and was attentive. The steak and lobster were delicious! My husband loved the halibut. We would definitely go there again.
