Waitress was so kind and packed our food and gave us extra bread when we were ok taking the uneaten we had left. Drinks were slow to come by. Family liked it and I'd go back. Also, order a spicy dish, and though it was, too spicy for a child to eat.
Food was not tasty at all.
Really disappointed with overall experience. Our server didn’t know menu, was not available and had to get up to get her for refills. Food was not hot when arrived and for a birthday experience definitely lacked the luster for which the restaurant used to have. Way too expensive for the quality and experience provided.
The restaurant was having issues with their HVAC and it was extremely cold the entire time we were there. The food got cold very quick because of this as well.
We’ve always had great food and great service from Buca. Unfortunately for this visit, the restaurants heater was broken, so the air was cold, but the food was hot and service was still great.
Buca di Beppo is Definitely one of our Go to! The food is delicious, the staff is always super kind, and friendly. Just the overall experience is always very pleasant. A++++
We ate Christmas lunch here, and it was an amazing place to spend the holiday. The service was spot on, and the family-style meal made it feel like a home-cooked meal but without the clean up. Our server was so accommodating, and I appreciate him taking pictures of our group so we can remember the event. The food is amazing, with a slightly sweet Sicilian style sauce. We shared lasagna and meatballs, and the apple gorgonzola salad was delectable (and very popular from what I observed of fellow diners.) We also got an enormous brownie sundae for dessert--it came in an extraordinarily large martini glass and had 6 delicious brownies topped with ice cream, whipped cream, caramel, fudge, and a cherry. It was definitely a lot of food, but the family style portions are meant to share. I love the cozy atmosphere and decor.

The restaurant was freezing. We moved ourselves because it was so so cold. Waited 15 minutes before we ever saw our wAiter. He was not helpful. After the meal it took 20 minutes to get our check. Staff was not friendly. Won’t return.

We arrived after booking reservations. It was not packed at all, yet it took about 10 min before we were acknowledged and maybe 20 min before we were sat. The food is alot since it is family style, but the chicken parm does not come with spaghetti. Which was strange to me. Our waitress did not keep our drinks filled and not very attentive. It was our first time. Our Anniversary dinner, and it cost 75 for two people.

Food is usually very good. This time the dry and chewy flavorless calamari left me disappointed. Service is usually always very friendly and informative. This time our waitress did not know the menu, she hardly checked in, and left us with empty cups for extended periods of time. We love Buca and will be coming back but perhaps this time ordering something different and running away from this waitress.

Nice atmosphere. Good service. Food came out quickly. The eggplant parmigiana, pizza and cannoli were all very good. Love their bread too, served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. If you like your food served family style you'll like this place.

No social distancing.... manager is clueless. Took an hour to get drink and app and they put everyone in the restaurant in one room. When asked to move they told us no so we left. Do not go here!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give the best review. We visited from out of town and very disappointed. We have been to buca di peppo near our home many many times and this experience was very different from what we are used to. Slow slow service , the food came cold and tasted like it was from a frozen bag.( fried cheese). When asked for more Alfredo sauce for my daughters noodles it took our server well over 10 min to bring it. We were never asked if we wanted refills. We actually barely saw our server. We were there to celebrate my daughters bday. The only thing that tasted good was the dessert.

We went early, about 3pm, on Father's Day. No wait to be seated, prompt and friendly service throughout, and the food was excellent.

Service was super slow and if we needed something the server was no where to be found. Food was ok. Not as flavorful as usual. Presentation was a bit slapped together.

Only issue was bathrooms needed attention from when I arrived as there was clutter and no hand-towels to dry hands. I reported to manager. When we were done and my son had to use facilities, it was in the same shape with no hand-towels still. There was no air dryer either so we had to wipe on our clothes for a second time.

Service was slow on refills, getting to go boxes and getting the bill. We were there 2 hrs, we weren't rush but then again service was slow. A regular entree were small, recommend ordering anything with pasta, you'll get your moneys worth. Plan on going back the future.

I had reservations and after checking in with the hostess stand 5 mins early, people that came in after us with the same reservation time or later were sat before us. Then we were finally sat and told that we weren’t actually checked in at the hostess stand. The noise level has always been loud so that was expected. The fried mozzarella cheese was stale and overcooked. The chicken parmigiana was over cooked with burnt edges. This is the first time that the food at this restaurant as been this poor quality. Disappointing Valentine’s Day experience.

Valentines day, we were told the kitchen booth would be available when we made the reservation. Upon arrival we were advised that it's first come first serve. Luckily the manager was able to seat us near the kitchen while we waited for it to open up and then move to the kitchen booth.

We had a very great family dinner here in celebration of a birthday. The service was excellent the food was good with some meals being very good others being average but in all the food was good. We sat in a bar area with seven of us including two children and it was quiet we could talk and we enjoyed our dinner there very much. We will come again for another family get together in the future

The last time we visited a Buca was in Denver thirteen years ago. I remember the food being very flavorful and lots of garlic which I enjoyed. The food was just OK this time around and not a great value for the amount we spent. We probably will not be going back.

It was our 1st time eating there. The lasagne was 95% ricotta. I prefer a larger ratio of meat to ricotto. The pepperoni pizza was very greasy. The calamari was tough. The best part of the $100+ meal was the mixed greens salad and garlic bread. So, the cost/value versus the quality of the food was incompatible. The waitress kept apologizing for the lack of quality service. It was definitely overbooked because there was not enough staff to accommodate the clientele.

We went for lunch on Christmas day. The short wait was well worth it. The service was great and the food was over the top. We had a group of 11 and was the perfect place to go

I have booked three years straight for Christmas lunch and each time there was aways an issue. This year i decided no never return.
Would be great if they hired adults instead of children.
My concerns were never address by the corporate office.
The wait was crazy as we had a reservation. But they seated us as quick as possible. Food was amazing and the server was ever so kind. Making Christmas traditions I feel!
