If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. They were out of kids’ menus, rushed us to order, and failed to mention pizza as an option for the kids. We ordered garlic bread to enjoy while waiting 15 to 20 minutes for our main dish. Instead, our sides arrived first, and the bread came WITH the main dish. What was the point? By then, our sides were cold. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Our kids literally fell asleep waiting for dinner. To make matters worse, the main dish was BURNT, the Brussels sprouts had ZERO flavor, and we didn’t even bother eating the bread. For what Buca charges, this level of food quality and service is unacceptable. What was supposed to be a nice family dinner turned into a complete disappointment. Buca has lost our business, not just at this location, but ALL locations. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to serve a meal.

In spite of a reservation, we had a party of 11 people that were kept waiting for over an hour. We ordered bread and were told that they were out of bread. However, other tables kept getting their bread orders. We ordered Pizza and were told that they were out of Pizza. We waited for our order for over 20 minutes once we were seated.

i arrived with my family and there was no host at the front. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in. There were employees walking around but no one would walk to the front to acknowledge us. As we waited, more guests arrived and we were all just waiting around.

reservation for 5pm, got there 20 minutes early. They would not seat me until 5pm, and they were not busy. After being seated we ordered our food. We did not receive our food until almost 6pm. The eggplant was cold and I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to him the situation and he told us that sometimes it doesn't pay to be early...I had nothing else to say...My wife and I got up and left the restaurant in unbelief. We drove for 50 minute to get there, and this is the service we receive??? However, we did leave the waitress a tip.

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone in our group was amazed by the huge portions of the Big Buca dishes, and we all had a wonderful time. As the organizer, I even got compliments for choosing this restaurant!

Buca was great. We went before a concert at the Rose Bowl. Great location and close to the bowl. Amber our server was so wonderful. Plates are served for sharing. We shared the lasagne and it was perfect.
