There was a mix up with the order going through to the kitchen, and after nearly an hour, we went to check what was happening and the error was discovered. The young lady who made the mistake, took ownership, apologised, gave us each a glass of house wine complimentary, and got the order through. This was extremely good. There was a problem and the problem was addressed and dealt with. Very happy with the outcome. We would certainly return. I like my steaks and my steak was cooked perfectly to my liking.

Had my birthday dinner at Bistro 26, just myself and my husband. The beautiful lady taking my order was so friendly. My steak was cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed his chicken. We do enjoy Bistro 26 and dine here quite a bit. Team are very friendly and attentive.

Was no actual booking, just allocated an empty table when we got there. Entries and main arrived within 2 minutes of each other

We have booked over 50 times plus times we have arrived without booking. Up till recently we have been very happy with food and service. In the last few times we have been very disappointed. Meals taking to long and not up to standard. We had people from Melbourne this week his meal was cold and my fish was very dry and bid not taste like mackrel. I hope this I not ongoing problem as we always eat when you have a good band.

The food was terrible, I had the ribs, ribs warm chip was so hard they where re cooked, my husband had the chicken parmy, the chicken was hard and looked like it was cooked three days ago,

The restaurant (Bistro 26) staff , staff at Fratelli and the shamrock bar staff was amazing. The food is reasonably priced. Overall had a great dining experience for my mom’s birthday. However, The reception staff and the security needs more training. I won’t be back again as this is the first time in my son’s 13th years of living on this earth to experience racism at this establishment just because he was waiting in the car park with my sister who is 26 years old.
