Found Brix online looking for a good place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. As a chef myself my wife says the bar is pretty high and Brix did not disappoint. From the helpful and knowledgeable staff to the fantastic beechers fondue and the tomahawk steak everything was spot on! We have bragged a lot about Brix to friends and will most definitely be back!
Creative preparations of seafood paella, chicken and beef bourguignon were delicious. Staff, as always, was super efficient and friendly. The portions were a little on the small side for entrees and the prices.
This was a special celebration and everything was wonderful. We felt special! We came early (5:00) and were able to really enjoy the privacy plus we could hear each other! The price point is more than we would usually spend but someone had given us a gift certificate so that was wonderful. We certainly will come back again but most likely for just a special occasion. Thank you.
Incredibly over priced and very mediocre food. Worst prime rib I have had in a long time. Never again.
New Year’s Eve dinner with our adult children. Great service and food.
Difficult to find in the dark. Hostess guided us in. Very friendly. The food was excellent. Unfortunately the entrees arrived cold, but they made it right. Rack of lamb and filet. The Brussel sprouts and kale were almost the stars. The potatoes were too crispy. Husband devoured the ghost pepper chocolate sorbet and their version of tiramisu was dreamy.

Everything was wonderful except the parking. Very limited parking on a rainy night. Otherwise a great experience.
Recent arrival to Gig Harbor and heard great things about Brix 25 so decided to check it out.
Very impressed with everything and even though a bit pricey, worth every penny. Will be
bringing some guests who are visiting to Brix 25 for sure. Cudos to the staff, the kitchen
and all of them for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
A member of our group has mobility issies and uses a walker. She was hesitant to use the ramp after dinner and the owner set up the elevator to use andit was perfect. They should get 5 stars for elevator service........

This was our third Thanksgiving at Brix 25, and once again, everything was perfect. We each ordered different items on the menu, we sampled each other’s dinner, and agreed that both the fillet mignon and the turkey were equally delicious. Bravo yet again, Brix 25°!

It seemed very over priced and the food was good, but nothing special. It was Thanksgiving and we were seated in a corner with very loud people next to us. It was expensive and nothing really justified paying that much. I was quite disappointed.
We had reservations on Thanksgiving Day and it was the perfect place to dine. We were in town for a long holiday weekend to get away from a stressful home renovation and this was the perfect way to start our stay in the wonderful town of Gig Harbor. They were extremely accommodating when we were seated in a corner next to a family with small children and asked to be moved. My husband is hard of hearing and it was not going to be the most pleasant experience for him. They moved us to a quieter table after previous diners left and it made such a difference! Our server was amazing and knowledgeable, and the woman at the front greeting diners as they arrived was so gracious (we thought maybe the owner?) and kind about moving us. The food was incredible and we would recommend this lovely intimate restaurant to anyone who loves great food, impeccable service and views of the harbor!
Dinner was delicious - the prime rib was tender and rare! The chocolate brulee was a chocolate lover's treat.
We celebrated our Anniversary here last Saturday evening. A quiet corner table, a glass of champagne at the table, excellent and friendly service, delicious food, and a nicely paced meal made for a perfect celebration. Thank you, Brix 25 for making our evening extra special.
We had not been to Brix in several months, And we went there with my wife’s sister and husband for dinner - it was their first time. All of our meals were excellent, the service was excellent, and the new location is great. They have a very nice touch where they offer you a glass of sparkling wine when you sit down. Very classy. We would recommend this restaurant, and it is becoming one of our favorites.
Service was excellent! Our waitress was superb even though she was in training! Food was great. A little tad salty for me but it was still delicious. Dessert could use some changes. Some of the dessert were out of tradition which is fine but include that in the description. Tiramisu was like a pancake with alot of coffee liquor. Creme brûlée was not a traditional brulee it was like 2 piece of chocolate mousse. Other than the description, dessert was delicious. Could use less coffee liquor. Everything has met my expectation and more!
My wife’s halibut was well prepared. I had shrimp and clam fettuccine which was much too salty and took away from the taste. We both had salads which were excellent. The portion size was appropriate.

We have loved Brix since Mark & Jill originally opened it & have continued to enjoy it over the past years.
Our service was great, as usual.
Sadly, the food just wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. Both my husband and I have always enjoyed their beef Bergen young. The meet was tough and dry wear, it should fall apart with a fork, a knife was needed. It just didn’t have the flavor that it usually does. And they have changed their chicken that, they have been so famous for. It’s not as good as it used to be either.
We will continue to patronize our local restaurant and we just hope, they will change back to their original recipes!
Specials for both of us! I had the Goat! It was delicious! D had the salmon and it’s always great. Fun wine infused gelato, yum!
This was our second dinner at Brix 25. Both times were great. We like being greeted with a glass of bubbly while we settle in. The server was fun and professional. This time we had the special shrimp pasta. Perfectly seasoned (not too salty). Serving sizes are enough to share for lighter eaters, leaving room for wonderful appetizers and dessert.
Josh was our server, and he was AWESOME!!! Wine was outstanding! My specially made vegetarian entrée was incredible!!! So many things to love about this place!!!!
This is a decent restaurant in Gig Harbor, but the value for the price is low. Service felt stuffy when it could be more inviting, and the proportions were very small rfor $35+/meal Wine list was average at best, and they were out of both wine and hard alcohol.
We decided that splitting the crab was just the thing for our Sunday night dinner. Also loved the tomato basil soup!
The food out of this place is truly elevated. Each dish is so thoughtful and elegant we felt like there is no way that it was local. When we asked it was confirmed that the chefs had cut their teeth in the Napa food environment.
I can’t recommend the Bine Marti enough. It’s large and perfectly cooked. Definitely follow it with their Whiskey Luge, you’re welcome. Each dish was perfectly prepared and had a little twist to its creation to give it more interest. But more than that. It’s simply well made food. Tasty and delicious. A must go when near Gig Harbor
One of Gig Harbor's finest! Small, but interesting, menu and great local regional wine list. Great desserts too. We'll be back to sample more, especially on Thursday half-price wine day.
This is tough because I hate giving unappetizing reviews but that is exactly the type of food we got here. The pork chop comes with the entire back of the animal, swimming in inedible back fat and gristle. after diving for the actual meat, it wasn't all that good. Thin, dry, and unseasoned. My wife's 'special' fish dinner was the same, no seasoning, tasteless, and not that edible. Most of our dishes went uneaten. The seared Foie Gras appetizer was pretty good as it was laid on top on mini pancakes. And the Brownie dessert was the crowd pleaser.
Finally got to try Brix 25 and it definitely deserves its reputation as one of the top restaurants in Gig Harbor. Would call it an upscale industrial decor. Complimentary champagne upon arrival is a nice touch. Nice menu offering a little something for everyone. Portions on the smaller side and a little pricey but not out of sight. We started with the cheese and pear appetizer then I had the chicken and my husband had filet mignon... all very good. Food wise I’d rate it 8 out of 10.. Service was excellent.
We had a lovely evening. We will be back.
Tried a couple of new items on the menu: roasted squash salad, beet soup; delicious!
The first 2 experiences were wonderful but on Sunday the host service was lousy, very slow, the food was mediocre, we actually had to return the octopus because it was chewy the room was Very noisy. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they told us that he will only get a free candle. I think the prices are too expensive for the type of service and not even a small dessert for a birthday???
