I got the lobster and shrimp fettuccine I wasn’t too pleased with the lobster it didn’t taste authentic and it was somewhat fatty and plastic like which is very odd for seafood. I hate complaining and so does my bf so looking on the bright side. We had a nice evening out on Valentine’s Day celebrating us.

Had a great meal! Would definitely go again! Food was delicious.

Brunch special was great

Was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have the two most popular appetizers and for my meal I didn’t get it because they ran out of the mashed potatoes. So a bit disappointed that I was not able to eat any of the food that I expected to order especially for Valentines. I also brought my partner for the first time there and she was expecting to taste the appetizer I had been talking to her about. Also the two alcohol drinks we ordered were. Not good but they did change it for us.

I never write reviews. Never. But something is going on at Brio. Ate there Saturday night. The tablecloth had food stain on it. Not a huge deal, but bad first impression. My fork had caked food on it. Our Mediterranean Salad, which is advertised as an Arugula salad, was 90% iceberg with some Arugula sprinkled in. My wife's Chicken Marsala was basically an over-grilled chicken breast, without any Marsala, and one mushroom. My & my son's spaghetti dishes were completely forgettable. The service, however, was great.

Not sure what's up, Brio. We've had many good meals there, but this was not one. Let's hope it was just a bad night and not a sign of ill-conceived changes being made behind the scenes.

Never made reservations where I had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Ordered an appetizer that never came. Was only able to order 2 drinks because no one came around. Pasta was OK at best. Shrimp was undercooked and still blue.

We knew the place would be mobbed for Valentine's Day, but we were still seated at the time of our reservation. The room was full, but absorbs sound well so even with a crowd the noise level was not intrusive. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food was delivered promptly. Everything was excellent, well-prepared and hot as it should be. An excellent experience.

My Birthday Dinner

Quite disappointed with the food, chopped salad was nothing more than iceberg lettuce that was probably in the fridge a few days too long. Service was okay, friendly enough but the poor server had tables to wait on at the opposite end of the restaurant.

Not recommended.

Portion sizes for lunch were appropriate for the prices. One person in our party ordered the Lasagna off the dinner menu and left hungry. The portion appeared to be large the way it was presented but on closer examination it was not as thick as one would expect for the price.

While the salmon was perfectly cooked, the request for a "medium" filet mignon, ended up well done. Never a good temperature ...

Excellent food and atmosphere. We had a nice business lunch and I reserved a table for 8 the same morning of our afternoon lunch. The table was set for us with menus ready. Very good prompt and professional service.

Food was excellent. Waiter was very good. Highly recommend.

The food took forever to get there and quality was iffy....we came to BRIO because we could get a reservation on Christmas Eve Day ...while shopping with 3 children...and frankly would have been very understanding of the “wait” but the restaurant was far from full and the food was also cold....we learned we would rather have added ourselves to the wait list at the Olive Garden...sorry BRIO ....you are normally a four for us ....but this was a large disappointment ....I’m actually beening kind with the “3 star”...but it is not your norm.

Been there many times. You have to stay on top of them. Ordered Shrimp and Lobster Fettuccini. Not one piece of lobster was in the meal. This has happened before and last night I complained. For 26$ a few shrimp and Fettuccini was not going to cut it. They did come back when cash out time and removed the entree from the bill.

Service was terrible. Slow and server was inattentive without apology. Took 45 minutes for two salad main courses to be served.

We had a party of 8. Apparently they had issues in the bar with getting Drinks in a timely manner. We waited 25 min for our bottle of wine before I flipped a nutty. I wanted to believe it was not our servers fault but he was unattentive. We sat with empty dishes in front of us for 15 min before he cleared them. The restaurant was not busy. The waiters mgr was worse. Unapologetic and frantic. Come on brio’s you can do better than this.

Horrid! Food was awful!

Service was so slow and waiter seemed very disinterested in his job. Food came cold. And chopped salad was nothing I would order again. A bunch of lettuce chopped onions and olives

Brio's was good just not great. If you are at the mall it is a good place to stop. The service was beyond great.
The menu selection was good.

This is the second time of reservations and eating there, and will definitely be the last. All 3 entrees came out cold, on scalding hot plates. When the waitress was told she was great about bringing them right back to the kitchen to be remade, but low and behold, they came right back out cold and on a hot plate. The manager came over to investigate what was going on. He was perplexed how this happened over the course of three entrees, twice while the place was at less than quarter capacity. He tried to make good on this with desserts, but this is the second time this exact scenario has occurred.

Side mixed Vegetables were cold. Service was excellent

Food was outstanding!

Very very disappointed. We have been to BRIO numerous times, actually many times a year. Mine and my wife's meals were so overcooked, it was like chewing on rubber. I had the shrimp and lobster fettuccine, my wife had the shrimp dish. I am just floored by how horrible the meals were. The Server Kendell comped us on a beer, not much and far from making up for such a big disappointing meal, not to mention how much I paid. Returning or complaining to the manager would only create anxiety as we worry about what would happen to our replacement meals.

I had not been there before but it was a recommendation for a business dinner with a visiting guest speaker. There was traffic that slowed down most of the party arriving on time and the staff was just wonderful and flexible. They went above and beyond to make our experience lovely. Thank you!

This is the only location I have had a bad experience dining with. It took 15 minutes before a waiter came over to take drink orders. The food came out relatively quickly but was okay not great. And it took around 20 minutes for the waiter to come over with the check. I would eat at brio again, just not at this location again

Entrees were delivered at exactly the Same time as salads. Poor timing on the kitchen. They were sent back and when redelivered were over cooked
