Waiter was very nice. Drinks took a half hour to arrive- we already had our food and then had to gulp them through the second half of our meal to leave- we ordered the drinks well before our food too so it was very delayed service. Manager checked in on us when we got our food and we said we had been waiting on drinks since we sat down about 20 minutes ago. She Didn’t offer any resolution or apology. Place needs a facelift and just looks a bit run down. If it wasn’t for the friendly waiter, food runners and kitchen manager we would be giving this 1 star based on the dining room manager, ambiance and complete delay on drinks

We were seated around 5:30pm. Our waitress was quick to place our drink orders and it came quick. We placed our food order and it came out at 5:40pm. The service and food were fantastic and I was very pleased with the service. For context, I was with one other person. We order the Chicken Limone and the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallion (medium rare). It was a very pleasant dining experience!

The food was excellent and the servers were friendly and professional. The restaurant manager made every effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Some of the pre-pandemic services like menus and bagging of leftovers were missed but we understand and appreciate the sacrifice for public health.
Dinner was very good and the waitress was outstanding.
Service was average. We ordered a salad and as soon as we got it our hot food was delivered. The margarita pizza was burnt and only had a small piece that wasn't burnt. It will be awhile before we go back.

Seating was horrible a very rude hostess gave us a table right next to the front door when I advised I was uncomfortable due to the huge blast of cold air that came in when the door opened and also sitting in a high traffic area with people forced to walk past my table coming and going constantly in times of COVID. She gave me a look like I was crazy for saying something she then said to give her a minute went back to her stand up front then a young man very nice and polite came over and took us to our table all was good till a huge bug started crawling up the wall next to me I told the same rude hostess who apparently told my waiter something had spilled and he came out looking for a spill with a hand-full of paper towels I said no it’s the bug crawling up the wall he was shocked but cleaned it away and apologized I said ok I’ve been here a dozen times before and in the past always a good experience this must just be a fluke day I picked thru the dinner I paid $100.00 for not really eating because the bug crawling up the wall grossed me out. in the end I ask for a cup of coffee that was horrible I couldn’t even drink it must of been sitting for hours and was luke warm at best. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE BUT IS HAS HORRIBLY WENT DOWN HILL and I think this was my last time visiting this horrible but once great restaurant so disappointed in what this place has become

Need to fine tune the timing between courses. We were only half way through our salads when our main course came out. One of my pet peeves.
Also I made reservations and requested a booth. When we arrived no booths were available. If I made reservations and requested a booth, one should have been reserved for us. I find it hard to believe everyone in a booth made reservations AND requested a booth.

We arrived for our reservation at the bar but there was no room and we had to sit in the dining area. We always go for Happy Hour. There weren’t any happy hour menus only regular menus. They tried to sell us food from the regular menu and when we refused there was an attitude about asking about the happy hour menu. The other part that sucked was that since our order was not completely cooked my Caesar salad sat under the lights for awhile and when we finally got it - it was soggy.

Having been to Brio locations in Northern Virginia on many occasions, we were very familiar with the menu and decor. This one is no different, and we were very happy with the service and food. As the Northern Virginia locations have closed, we will certainly miss them!

Went to BRIOs for lunch yesterday. A nice young man named Eric took great care of us. He was always there for refills with our be obtrusive.

Waitress was very good until order was placed then she seemed to disappear. Our appetizer arrived with no plates. Waited and finally flagged down another waiter who responded promptly.
Entree arrived by a runner. We literally just finished our appetizer. This is not a fast food place. Courses arriving on top of each other interfere with a relaxed dining experience.
Felt rushed! Again waitress should be watching how courses are handled.

Quiet and a bit of a slow start to service but acknowledged and all good from there. Lasagna is always great here and we also had calamari and spaghetti bolognese which was all very good and served very hot. Nice dinner overall. Brio is a reliable choice. Miss the incentive to add a salad for a nominal price.

Came to celebrate my birthday on 9/9 and was very disappointed. When I made the reservation, I specifically asked if they had their liquor license, because apparently with the changing of owners they weren’t offering alcoholic beverages for a period of time. So I told the manager, whom identified himself as such, that we were coming for happy hour and wanted to sit outside. He promised to note that, yet when we get there we are told that they weren’t doing happy hours until the following week. When I spoke to the manager, who was working that night, he said it was impossible that anyone told me they would be having happy hour. He refused to honor anything nor did he even try a little bit to make up for the miscommunication, definitely on their part mind you. It wasn’t about just the drink specials but we loved the appetizer specials they offered before as well. His entire blank stare and condescending tone was very disturbing! Brio USED to be one of my favorites but because of this experience and the attitude of this manager, I will not be returning!!

We were still working on our appetizer when our main course came out. This is a huge pet peeve of ours. My wife and I have worked in restaurants and unless someone specifically says they’re in a hurry, we assume they desire a relaxing experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy so it’s not like they needed our table. Brio should educate their wait staff to time delivery of the food better. A 5 or 10 minute pause between courses is perfect. It was just awkward because we had to rearrange our plates while still working on the app. The food was amazing as usual but this error by the waiter took away from our experience and our tip reflected it.
