Excellent beers, fantastic food and very helpful, friendly staff with great Service.
I booked online, very easy even for us older diners. We were taken to our seat promptly. Service and food great. Enjoyed eating outside also.
Our party of 7 was allocated table 3 which was too small. Only 3 people fit comfortably on each bench seat.
When we asked if we could move to another (longer) table we were told a party of 12 was coming in.
We were very disappointed to see a group of 4 being seated at the longer table minutes later.
Service lacked honest communication and seating unsuitable for group size.

Food was terrific, table service very poor. We were seated and given the option to have table service or order food via the app. We advised table service would be nice. After waiting a while I went to the bar and ask for someone to come and take our order. Finished my drink and put glass at end of table to show I would like another drink, no one came and asked if I required a second drink. Would have been nice to have a drink with the meal.
Table service was extremely slow. Ordered 2 kids meals along with the adults meals and one came out after about 25 minutes. At least half an hour later the next kids meal came along with the other meals.
We also ordered an ice cream for one of the kids and over 10 minutes later we had to grab a waiter to get one - at the same time we were told our 2 hours was up and we’d have to leave! It definitely was not a busy night so I’d hate to be there when it is full.
We actually had another reservation there for later in the week which I cancelled as it wasn’t an overly enjoyable experience.

Disappointed with the burgers, buns and burger meat was dry, quite a tasteless burger overall. Different beers were the strength of the brewery.

Meals were expensive and substandard. Been coming here for years and we were disappointed with the quality of the food. Beer was excellent and the service outstanding, absolute shame about the food. Btw, I had the beef burger.

Fabulous food, great beers and attentive, friendly staff! Lovely outdoor dining in the shade. Kids' food came super quickly and they declared the pasta bolognese the "best ever".
Service was very good, pizza and sliders were yum, burger and duck salad not so much. Beer was good!! Went for the experience on holiday but wouldn’t return. Expensive for what it was:) xo

We had four different dishes and the food was delicious in general. We were happy with everything except the vegetarian burger. It was dry and tasteless and far too expensive.

We were really looking forward too the dining experience because everyone talks of Bright Brewery. Our experience a little disappointing, warm beer, too many waiters came too our table when we said were happy too use the ordering app on the table. We had too ask for water and the gluten free base on the pizza was not cooked properly. A real shame😔

I have visited the brewery on numerous occasions and unfortunately this was not one of the best experiences. The food came out sporadically over about a 30 minute period and one round of drinks was charged for but never arrived. Was very disappointing as we had brought along two families that had never been to Bright before.

After multiple visits for a meal in the past 6 months, have noticed the quality of the food drop off significantly compared to the first time we visited. At least the beer was cold and wet.

Love Bright Brewery! Although not a beer drinker, plenty of alternative beverage choices are available The food is fresh and plentiful. The atmosphere is great.
Booking a table was easy. We had been many times before but our four friends hadn’t experienced Bright Brewery. We were not disappointed ... the variety of beers was a huge hit and the meals just as delicious as I remembered. The options for allergies was a welcome bonus.
We had an absolutely fabulous time and enjoyed the ambience that was created with the lighting and spray from the ceiling on that warm balmy evening we attended. The service was great and the food delicious. We will be back.
