Food was fantastic and the service exceptional.
Great ambience, enjoyable meal and experience. Would definitely return.
We had a wonderful staff member called Nick who did a wonderful job made us feel welcome and had great recommendations on what to eat
Pulled pork sliders - delicious. Pizza - way too big for one person, but very tasty and well done. Great selection of craft beer. Recommend a visit for sure
Promptly shown to our booked table. Staff attentive and polite. Four different selections from menu all delicious and served together. Males enjoyed tasting a different beer, ladies had a wine. Cheerful setting, very clean facilities. Would certainly return if in Bright again.
The brewery never fails to please even during these strange times. Good food, good beer and great staff.
Very friendly atmosphere . Good food .excellent service
Seating outside was uncomfortable.
Our entrees and main meals came out together.
We found that by the time we finished our entrees our main meal was cold.
Because of that next time we will be ordering only one meal.
Great food, expensive though. Beer overpriced as well but place is busy anyway
Had lunch here on 3 occasions, great friendly service, cold beers and great food!
We have dined at the Bright Brewery three times in the last month and each time it has been very good. Hoping to get back to Bright in the near future to dine out again.
This is a great place to stop for a nice meal! Good range of drinks and food for all.
Food very enjoyable. They are happy to modify or adjust to your taste.
More than happy to return.
First time there and I'm impressed, it was what a brewery should be. Great service food and the kids loved it
A family-friendly lunch experience. Food was delicious, service was generally attentive.
Not a bad place for a few beers. Only suggestion would be perhaps hiring a few more staff members coming into the busier time of the year as my beers that I ordered were forgotten about on a few occasions.
Loved it, great menu, excellent staff. Food was delicious! And the drinks are icy cold
Food was fast and fresh. Simple pub style menu that gives a good selection for most people. Prices a touch high but being tourist area it's not unexpected. Happy to buy some takeaway beer to support the local economy! A great spot to sit out along the river and playground area.
Friendly and welcoming staff members. Very attentative.
Food was OK but slightly overpriced for what it was.
Staff don’t want to be there, service for food and drinks is poor. Wait time for drinks is far too long, they beers on menu and special board that aren’t even available and two different prices.
Laughable experience. So bad that we were laughing in the end. Basil Fawlty obviously conducts the training here. I would suggest dining here if you wish to be: (a) treated like a number, (b) forgotten about as a customer, (c) rushed in every aspect except getting you a drink or food in a timely manner (d) pushed from pillar to post - expect to be moved around regularly by staff, from table to table, even if you booked well in advance and most of the tables are not yet occupied, (e) made to feel like an annoyance, (f) expected to select your meal extremely fast while a waitperson stares at you, (g) waiting a long, long time for a drink (well over half an hour) and instructed by bar staff that they cannot serve you because you are sitting in a certain section.
Soulless. Staff didn’t want to serve you. Too much effort. Food was very average. Used to love it. Has changed so much.
Maybe Covid has a lot to answer for. Signing in by phone is not possible without one and we oldies shouldn't be made feel stupid. Staff, in my opinion, should listen to customers, doesn't matter how busy they are. No customer, no business, no job...
Meal good, substantial, tasty.
Simple menu, great food, cold beers and friendly staff.
Always lovely, staff are friendly, food is great and the beers even better!
Great place to dine with a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Staff are friendly.
Highly recommend. Beer tasting paddles were fun and food great!
Overpriced, untrained staff, nothing like it used to be, we will all be advising our friends how bad it was and advise them never to go back. Pitty!
Excellent as always. Great service, food options and the staff are so so friendly.
Love it! Great food, great beer, great friendly service and a stunning setting. Have been many times before and will return many times again.
The food here is exceptional, and was way more than we could eat! Thankfully they offered takeaway containers. Very covid safe environment. Highly recommend.
Not a huge variety of food to choose from - specials were not available.
The food we ordered was lovely though.
I didn’t understand why I couldn’t book a table outside when, for the entire time we were there, there were empty tables.
I booked at 8.50am on the day we visitors.
It appeared that walk ins were getting outside tables.
Your booking service is the best I have come across.
Very nice food at a reasonable price. My advice is to order 3-4 entrees to share between two. Plenty of food.
We had a great time at Bright Brewery. such great atmosphere.
Fantastic food, great service
Do yourself a favour and book in
Wow. What an experience. Amazing food, amazing beer. Great ability to order and pay as you go from your table. Cool atmosphere. Can't wait to get back there.
Great service, cold beers and tasty food. Enjoyed the time at the brewery and look forward to coming again.
Despite a confusing msg regarding indoor dining vs our outdoor booking, we gad a great time, attentive staff, good food & great location
