We did the banquet that included 1.5hrs of beer or wine service. It took almost 30minutes to be served our first drink, to which we had to ask over 6 staff on different occasions where our drinks were up to. We were then told an hour later that our time was up and could not be extended. Food was good but drinks and service was very average - wouldn't recommend

The family running the restaurant seemed lovely and like they were trying their hardest. However the food didn’t live up to the expectations that the menu portrays. Noticeably the coconut butter chicken was probably one of the worst curries I’ve ever had and I’m not sure if the owners or chef have actually tried it. The chicken tacos are a great idea with the Indian kimchi being the standout element of the night but the microwaved/undercooked rotis and the overcooked/dry chicken made the dish a disaster. It was a shame as the menu has such great potential but needs some serious work on the flavour. If they were to hit the mark with the food this would be one of the most exciting Indian restaurants in Sydney.

We were sat down for nearly 30 minutes before being offered water. We had to get the attention of the waiter to order and once we had finished we waited another 30 mins for the table to be cleared. Not understaffed or overly busy at all.
The food came too quickly to be made fresh and overall it was pretty disappointing. I hope others don’t have the same experience.

It was a different take on Indian food and very yummy. We got the feast which was plenty of food for us plus you get bottomless drinks for an hour and a bit. The service was absolutely amazing - checked the table every so often and never left the table without drinks or food. Would recommend!

It was a nice lunch, service was good, but felt like he never left the table. While they mention it was a 'bottomless lunch' they were quite slow on the drinks side of things, and I have been to far more wild and fun venues for a bottomless brunch/lunch.

Not a bad venue, however there are better around.

Not many people in restaurant but it was still very loud, poor acoustics.

Upon arrival the employee questioned if we had a booking (which we did) in a manner like he doubted us.

The food was lovely but we ordered a bottle of wine and it came in a reused label-less bottle that had been opened and must have been refilled because there was no cork or cap just a stopper on the top. Very dodgy and we were a bit thrown off by that. We also paid $50 for this unknown/reused bottle of wine. Not too impressed!

Great service from the owner Vikas who was warm and welcoming. The food feast was amazing with the little technical surprises added that was good interesting. Great location and best of all, free flow of alcohol added to the feast. No worries no hassle just a really good vibe all around while we celebrated mates birthday!! Recommend this place for both a long or short meals!!

On a recommendation I decided to bring a group of friends to Brick Lane for the $55 bottomless feast. I've been to India many times so I was very interested in seeing how the fusion style cuisine was handled. A warm welcome from the manager started the night well. Drinks, which were part of the deal arrived quickly as did the starters. The cucumber pickle with the poppadoms had a delightful kick to it. The modern take on the roadside snack of aloo bonda which they labelled chaat bomb certainly was "da bomb" for our table. Crunchy, delicious yum with a tangy tomato chutney. The masala tostada was where the fusion really kicked in, to great effect. What a clever combo with the spicy pork on a mex tostada. The pork means that's something you won't get on a corner in Bombay anytime soon, so grab it here. The star of the night was the butter chicken. Again a masterpiece of the fusion style the flavour, texture and zing of this dish was well received by our table. Now to the important stuff.......I'm always suspicious of "bottomless" wine/beer in restaurant deals. No worries here! The drinks flowed freely, with zero attitude, and let me tell you some of our party can put it away!!! The ambience of this place is delightful. 90 mins is perfect and we left full up to pussy's bow. Can't wait to go back. A lovely night out and great value. Net time I think we might pimp it up.......if we can fit more food in that is.

The standard of cooking and attention to detail in the recipes sets this very appealing Indian fusion restaurant apart. It is well above average for interesting well prepared modern Indian food. A great inner city vibe too makes this an appealing, affordable regular for me. Some interesting cocktails too.

What a night! What a meal! My friends and I decided to pimp our feast and it was a fantastic decision.
Not only was it great value, but every single dish was delicious and exciting, and the cocktails included in the feast were amazing as well. We had a vegetarian and a dairy allergy at the table and there was an always an equally tasty alternate option for them. The staff were all fabulous and very attentive and made it a fabulous night for everyone. I've been recommending Brick Lane non-stop since!

Great experience! We went for my partner's birthday, and had the set menu - food was amazing, best butter chicken we've ever had (and my partner is Indian) - they very sweetly bought out a complimentary cake for his birthday. Service was excellent. Would definitely go again.

Amazing Entrees. Average Main Course.

Noise levels were a bit funny. Very quiet when we went in, but later a huge group arrived and it was chaotic!

The hosts are great, but service efficiency needs improvement.

Do give the Spicy tequila shots a try!

Horrible waiter. He was rude and got both our food and drink order wrong. When it came time to pay, he then tried to claim that our ‘The Restaurant Choice’ gift card wasn’t going to work because the EFPTOS machine plays up sometimes. He was swiping the gift card in such a manic way - no wonder! We then tried to swipe it ourselves and of course it worked straight away. I’m not sure if it’s because he needs to pay a commission when customers use these type of gift cards, but this is the first time I’ve heard a business say that the magnetic stripe of a gift card is not compatible with an EFTPOS machine . Food was decent. Overall we had a horrible dining experience. We had dined here a couple of times before and believe there’s been a recent change in management/owners.

We ordered the 8 course feast menu, vegan (which was $3 more expensive than regular menu, makes no sense to me?). We only received 7 courses, one of those was a pappadum with chutney. Very overpriced for what we received and the food was mediocre and not abundant enough. Service was a bit pushy and kept trying to get us to commit to the more expensive feast menu option.
