BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Jupiter - Harborside
Getting to our seats was a little chaotic but once we got to our table Tiffany our server did a awesome job! The chef was on point and deserves a raise! He kicks some butt on the service line!
Took awhile to get our drinks and food.
The restaurant was very warm and inviting. Our server, Jana, made our first visit enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great suggestions to try.
Pleasantly surprised! The food and service were excellent. Great selection of choices that fit our taste. Looking forward to going back. I also like being able to view some of the kitchen through the glass.
It was pleasantly. The food was good and the staff is wonderful
Horrible service. No staff. Wait long time for food. Totally unorganized
Service was awful! Sat by kitchen and it was loud! Watch our waiter argue with the man getting the orders together! Waited quite awhile for dinner!
We have always recommended bravo and bright new people there all the time. This last experience was a disaster. It was Halloween and they were going to close today which was fine they took us at 7:20 725. However one waitress came and took our drink order that another waiter came and we said we thought the other waitress was our waitress. And then he walked away and then when she brought our water we said we’d like to place our order because we were waiting for a while and she said in a minute let me just put these other watersDown and then she never came back we have this other table were the only tables in the restaurant and the service was terrible and the food was not up to what it normally was the waiter couldn’t get anything right when we eventually got a waiter.
Yasmine was a great server: friendly, efficient, attentive and ‘all’.
Zucchini frittes were delicious. We both had veal parm and wanted it with angel hair as we’ve had in the past. But we were told Bravo’s no longer has angel hair. My spaghetti had pieces of cheese in it, which I didn’t like. I don’t recall that being said on the menu. The veal was pretty good. Not as crispy as I’ve had there before, but fine.
We were inside and seated next to a large birthday party so left without ordering a dessert due to the celebration noise.
We enjoy the menu options, quality of the meal and service at Bravo. Excellent food at fair prices.
This used to be our go to place, but the food has gone off a bit. The menu has changed and a couple of our favorites are no longer available.
Food was great, service could have been better.
Lots of problems on Sinatra night, excellent tables went unused as they were in the weeds from the beginning, 30 minutes after we were seated tables still uncleared while we were crammed into a table by the kitchen. 2 hours before Entree's arrived, shared an appetizer and went through 3 bottles of wine waiting. Spoke to both Hostess and Manager trying to get resolution. Offered to move us to better table after music was over??? offered us 1 free dessert for a party of 6 celebrating a Birthday. Weak effort.
We went to celebrate my birthday with friends and family last Saturday night and it was painfully annoying. The drinks took exceptionally long and then the bar ran out of glasses and Prosecco splits. The food took about an hour but not everyone received their entree, a salad was wilted, mashed potatoes were cold and the pork chops were gelatinous on the inside. The manager never apologized for the experience but we did get a discount from the server. Apparently they were unprepared for the crowd and fumbled hard. None of us will be returning.
Portions were very very very small. Service was slow. I had Fettuccini with Spinach and Chicken. Killed my stomach that night and next day in the bathroom a lot. My friend had some of the Fettuccini and felt the same. Not the best if I say so myself.😡
We have eaten at Bravo in Naples Fl. many times over several years and enjoy it. This weekend we decided to try the Jupiter Fl. location. It started off bad and did not improve throughout the evening. We arrived for our Friday 8pm reservation and were given the option of sitting inside or out. We chose the A/C and were led into the very large and very empty main dining room. We both felt somewhat uncomfortable to sit in a giant almost empty restaurant so we reconsidered and asked to be seated outside where there were a few occupied tables. Our server was very nice but after taking our order of Drinks, salad app, and ontrays. Soon after our drinks were served our entrees arrived, The appetizer salads were forgotten. The Salmon was delicious but unfortunately my stip steak had no flavor and to make it worse two slices in I hit a vein in the steak that I could not cut through. When this happens it is the end of that meal for me. The server did offer another cut but it was too far into my dates meal for me to start over and wait for a second service. Overall it was very disappointing.
All good portion size good not too big service a little slow but still good
Thankyou Mike for taking good care of us> Mike is a very good waiter thanks. B & S.
Have been here about 10 times over the past 4 years, it’s an halfway point for us and our friends and family. Nice location, you can walk around Harborside before or after dinner. Well priced and the food is good to very good. Would recommend.
Been to many Happy hours, Bravo’s is the Best! Service excellent!!!!
Everything was just top-notch, the food and service was just great we will return again.
I love the atmosphere, service, and the food
Service was great the food was average
Changed the menu and some of my favorites are less desirable. It was a rainy night but plenty of parking. Kitchen was somewhat slow but the server was knowledgeable and very kind.
Perfect as always!!
The food was fine....Atmosphere was fine as well..
The server was a respectable young man.....But not trained properly....
We had to ask for water....And never came back to refill our glasses...
I had to ask for grated cheese for my pasta...He never asked if we wanted pepper added to our salads...
Not blaming the young waiter....I would have to assume this is a management problem...For a restaurant like Bravo i was very surprised.....Not sure if i would want to come back to the restaurant again...Too bad because the food is pretty good, with basically good value and it's very near to my home...
The food was fairly good. The waitress was pleasant, but her service was terrible. It made us feel like they were short staffed. Additionally, when the dessert came out it was obviously just out of the freezer, it still was frozen in parts.
Bravo is the best restaurant in the Jupiter/Tequesta area. The drinks are fairly priced, the menu is varied and excellently prepared, and the service is friendly and professional.
Food took over an hour to arrive. The shrimp scampi has no flavor. I sent back one drink that was made poorly and would have sent back a second one if my daughter didn’t stop me. We have eaten here before and it was top notch. Not anymore
reasonably priced food.
their menu has changed to a more streamlined menu. However, i prefer the old menu. I understand that it will be reinstated.
We have had dinner here several times during the past year. Our latest experience was our worst. Food was too salty. Service was alright but not great. It was quiet so we were surprised that the service still seemed stressed. Food is moderately priced but be careful what you order.
We were in Jupiter attending a funeral therefore a very somber day. Without any recommendation available I took a chance and booked our party of 8 people to BRAVO and we couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied. We were seated at a wonderful table, the server was EXCELLENT, the food was FANTASTIC and I will highly recommend your restaurant to anyone I can. If I have occasion to be in Jupiter again, I will definitely return.
We love their atmosphere and food. Best of all, a waiter/ manager keeps us coming back. He is so personable and professional that we always look forward to going back again!
Dining experience was good. I have accumulated 1800 points through Open Table however I have not been issued my points for the past 2 reservations that I made.
Its OK, nothing more, nothing less..... seriously, nothing to write home about but you get a decent meal with decent service. Its kind of like Chillies only Italian restaurant...
Great service, great food, great atmosphere, love this place!
Girls birthday luncheon
Service and front desk was really bad. Waiting half of meal for water refill and a second drink. Had to flag down a different waiter that was carrying water to get that, and never got the second drinks.
The food was very good, and the server was fantastic. The opportunity was with the check in and seating process. The girls checking in were very confused and took an excessive amount of time checking in and seating people. Even the people with reservations. A gentleman had to keep coming over and giving them direction. It seems like more training was needed.
