BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Jupiter - Harborside
Bravo is the best restaurant in the Jupiter/Tequesta area. The drinks are fairly priced, the menu is varied and excellently prepared, and the service is friendly and professional.
Food took over an hour to arrive. The shrimp scampi has no flavor. I sent back one drink that was made poorly and would have sent back a second one if my daughter didn’t stop me. We have eaten here before and it was top notch. Not anymore
reasonably priced food.
their menu has changed to a more streamlined menu. However, i prefer the old menu. I understand that it will be reinstated.
We have had dinner here several times during the past year. Our latest experience was our worst. Food was too salty. Service was alright but not great. It was quiet so we were surprised that the service still seemed stressed. Food is moderately priced but be careful what you order.
We were in Jupiter attending a funeral therefore a very somber day. Without any recommendation available I took a chance and booked our party of 8 people to BRAVO and we couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied. We were seated at a wonderful table, the server was EXCELLENT, the food was FANTASTIC and I will highly recommend your restaurant to anyone I can. If I have occasion to be in Jupiter again, I will definitely return.
We love their atmosphere and food. Best of all, a waiter/ manager keeps us coming back. He is so personable and professional that we always look forward to going back again!
Dining experience was good. I have accumulated 1800 points through Open Table however I have not been issued my points for the past 2 reservations that I made.
Its OK, nothing more, nothing less..... seriously, nothing to write home about but you get a decent meal with decent service. Its kind of like Chillies only Italian restaurant...
Great service, great food, great atmosphere, love this place!
Girls birthday luncheon
Service and front desk was really bad. Waiting half of meal for water refill and a second drink. Had to flag down a different waiter that was carrying water to get that, and never got the second drinks.
The food was very good, and the server was fantastic. The opportunity was with the check in and seating process. The girls checking in were very confused and took an excessive amount of time checking in and seating people. Even the people with reservations. A gentleman had to keep coming over and giving them direction. It seems like more training was needed.
4th of July
The food was very good and the service excellent
Donna was awesome. Her manager needs to take good care of her!!
I am not agree with your new politic to charge 15 $ to open a bottle of wine... We never return to your restaurant with this politic
Very good experience. Great food & service!
The service was very good. They did bring out the wrong Type of spaghetti but we’re quick to correct it and the food was good
Food and service is excellent. We eat here almost every week.
Food wasn't really that good. not bad, but not good. And not hot.
Somehow there was no bartender on duty that night so the waitstaff was having to make the drinks. This made the drink service very slow. Otherwise, we had a delightful evening with great food and a lovely waitress named Jeanine.
We arrived with a party of 10 to celebrate high school graduation. We sat down fairly quickly. The restaurant was mostly empty, but many other tables filled quickly. Our server was very nice, but overwhelmed because the place seemed VERY short staffed. It took an hour and at half to get our food. The food was a mixture of hot, warm, and cold. Disappointed.
We had a terrible experience during our visit to Bravo during Mother's day weekend. Not sure what was happening but it appears that some of their kitchen staff had quit that day and the new Head Chef miscalculated the food requirements for the day. Imagine going to an Italian restaurant for some traditional Italian dishes and pastas and find out that they are out of Veal, Pizza Dough, Pasta!!!! How can you run out of Pasta!!! That is your main ingredient. Awful experience. Felt bad for the Service Staff. They were forced to break the bad news to the customers. A lot of discontent and frustration that evening.
My wife and I have made at least 25 visits to the Bravo in Jupiter, and I 'm sorry to say we have made our last visit. We have always enjoyed the food, but, in the last year, there appears to be a major dis-connect between management, service staff, and the kirchen. On our last visit, May 12th, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered. This has been the norm on our last three visits. A manager came to our table, shrugged her shoulders when I expklained the problem, and walked away. The bread plates and empty glasses were never cleared during the meal. I know this sounds picky, but we consider ourselves loyal customers. There has to be a better way to run an established restaurant. Fortunately for us, there are many dining choices in the Tequesta/Jupiter area.
BRAVO Cucina being a favorite restaurant, our party of six had reservations for 5:30 on Mother's Day. Expecting on street parking to be limited we planned to park in the parking ramp, which was a very wise decision. After a short wait, less than five minutes, we were seated. Our server, Trace, was excellent, attentive but not hovering. He took our drink orders and upon returning with drinks, also brought bread and dipping oil, and took our dinner orders everything was great until Trace returned to tell us that they were out of lobster bisque and veal dishes. A number of the party ordered the bisque and two ordered veal. Trace quickly brought menus so another selection could be made. More than forty five minutes after we order our meals, Trace, who checked back with us regularly, informed us that it would be another 20 to 25 minutes before our food would be out. At that point we ask to speak to a manager. I explained to the floor manager, Dana, that we had driven from Vero Beach (which is an over an hour away) and had now been waiting for more than 45 minutes and were facing another 25 minute wait. I also explained that we were quite disappointed that there was no more bisque and they had run out of veal dishes, which had been the preferred choice, so early into the dinner hour. Dana returned to tell us that the GM would comp our meals. I was not expecting this resolution but was very happy that this was the way things ended up. BRAVO is still a favorite restaurant however I do not think we will dine here on a holiday. I still would recommend BROVO Cucina for date night and special occasions. Thanks to Trace and Dana for understanding our disappointment and coming to a very satisfactory resolution.
I went and they told me they didn’t have tables and then I found a reservation online, by the time I was seated they told me they didnt have enough staff and that the food was going to take about 45 min even if it was an appetizer and the manager was very rude to me and my family
Food was very bland
Mother’s Day Lunch
I took in to account it was mother’s day and we were A party
Of 10.. it took forever to get our appetizers, and then refills on drinks were impossible. When we finished our apps we stacked the plates in the center of the table. Then we waited A bit longer and our food showed up and that’s when the dishes were removed. We got refills that we desperately needed. We finished and our check was dropped off, we were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert.. but we had already been there over 2 hours so I’m sure she wanted to turn the table or go home.. food was good but not worth the poor service
It was the first Brunch for Bravo and they need to work out some kinks in the kitchen. Meals were delivered at different times and way late. The food was awesome!
Good food, good mix, nice scenery
My only suggestion is to have more choices for vegans.
We were disappointed that they changed their menu, no flatbreads and various main courses were missing, I hope they redo the menu we love this restaurant.
Have eaten here many times and the food is always excellent. On this occasion it was Prom night for local schools and very crowded. Because of that, service was a little slow but still very good. We were not in a hurry so we just relaxed and enjoyed the AC.
Waitress failed to bring the propers salad to the table we had to asked for rolls and brought the wrong type of pasta with my dinner. However management did the right thing and remove the meal form my bill
Very good will definitely be going to
Exceptional service. Our server was attentive, courteous and friendly. All six loved our dinners
Especially the "meatless" meatball pasta.
Ridiculously long wait time for food. Clearly they were unprepared for a crowd when we were there. The manager ended up working in the kitchen to help get the food out. The wait staff was trying their best to make things better, but it was hopeless. The food when it came was delicious as always, but the wait time was ridiculously long. Come on Bravo! You can do better.
There were nine of us in our party requiring 5 separate checks which placed an extra burden on our server. She handled the ordering and serving well but since there were some diverse demands from some of our party things got a little disorganized checking out. Over all it was a great experience.
Plenty of Space
Shrimp Fra Diavlo was outstanding. We wanted to share the dish.Waiter brought it out in 2 separate plates and felt like eating our own dish.
