The food is consistently high value and our server Jason was exceptionally engaging. His emphatic recommendations did not disappoint us. We had a great time..
Great meal and value during dinner. Very enjoyable.
I normally don’t review but I have to give an honest review on this place. The ambiance is nice, the food and service was not so nice. I ordered a cedar salad with shrimp as my main meal and it took FOREVER to get, like 45 min+ after ordering. Should be easy right? My friend just got ravioli and that should also be easy. I cannot blame the server necessarily for the food taking so long but I can blame him for saying multiple times “it’ll come out in 2 minutes” when it didn’t and not apologizing or offering us a small salad of soup to hold us over. He knew we were annoyed. I probably will not go back to this place. Overpriced for not great food and like I said the server and kitchen times were not good.
We had a large party in the separate room. Food was cold, noodles were hard, some people didn’t get their food and the waitress didn’t even notice and when it was mentioned she blamed it on the other server who brought our food. Took forever to get anything we ordered.
Took over an hour to receive our main course, we noticed about every other table was having the same issue. Manager had to go around and apologize.
The food has become sub par, others who were seated after us received food faster. We both got chicken and pasta dishes so it wasn’t a complicated order. When the food did come the top was cooler and congealed a bit. Aka it’s sat for a while before being delivered. The server was over the top friendly. He tried to have an entire two way dialogue every time he came to the table. Attentiveness is one thing, it’s quite another when my wife and I are on a date and you’re trying to join our conversation.
I love dining at BRAVO. Servers are always pleasant and accommodating. Food is always outstanding.
The food and service was all amazing. The only underwhelming aspects of the evening was that our menus were quite dirty and I noticed specks in glasses, etc. It didn't take away from the whole evening but I feel like filthy menus should be an easy catch for an establishment to know better not to provide. Only other complaint is they did not have either of the desserts we were interested in ordering but we didn't find out until making up our minds to order. In all, our server and the rest of the staff really made up for any negativity. Will definitely dine there again.
We r frequent BRAVO customers. However, both of our entrees were “scant” - lacking flavor/spice. Salmon entree small and thin. What happened?
The food is always awesome, the only thing better than the food is the service. The hostess has to do a better job , during our visit only half the tables were occupied. The hostess sat a party of 6 at a table next to us the table was only set up for 4 people. It became very close to the point we had to physically move our table for us to exit.
I ordered eggplant parm and it was over priced and terrible. Service was good but food was terrible.
I had an 8:30 reservation, got there at 8:15, got seated at 9:30, and got my food at 10:30. Nice.
Our reservations were for 7:15. We were not seated until 7:45. We ordered our appetizers which came right away. Then we waited 2 and a half hours for our meals which were not correct. I saw my salad sitting under the heating lamps for over an hour and a half and when I got it, the salmon and asparagus were cold and the lettuce was wilted. The salmon and asparagus were doused in butter, which I had specifically asked for no butter due to dietary restrictions. (Which I assumed would be no problem since we were told that all food is made fresh and specifically to each order). My husband received a completely different meal from what he had actually ordered, and never received his Caesar salad that was supposed to be served prior to his meal. Our waiter was very apologetic, but nothing else was done to compensate for our time and our food that we didn’t even eat because it was so cold, and prepared wrong. Needless to say, we will not recommend this restaurant to anybody and will not be coming back.
Dont bother getting a reservation on a holiday because they seem to give everyone that reservation and we waited 30 minutes past our reservation time. To put in perspective the reservation was 6:45, we got seated at 7:15, left at 9 when it only took us 5 minutes to eat our entrees. The staff was friendly but they are not equipped to handle large crowds.
It was Valentine’s Day, however, having to wait almost 50 minutes for our entrees, after receiving our appetizers, is completely unacceptable.
Food presentation was excellent. Food was delicious.
Enjoyed dining at Bravo.Had an early(5pm) weekday reservation so there was no problem with seating or service. The hostess and waiter were both very friendly and helpful with menu recommendations.Food was good, portions just right for a healthy appetite.!
It was very busy and took about 50 minutes to be served once we ordered. Food was very good. Wine is a bit pricey.
The person that waited on us was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that the food took awhile. Otherwise, I would definitely return.
Food was good but blah
Everything was great!
Service was not good. Brought out the wrong meal and waited a good 10-15 minutes for spaghetti and meatballs. Worst food we’ve had in a long time. Not worth it. There are many other options.
Excellent birthday dinner
Great food and excellent service
We had a wonderful time at Bravo! The food, the service, atmosphere was excellent!!!
Wonderful food and service! I love the cozy atmosphere too!
Was just a little disappointed they ran out of mashed potatoes. They did offer substitutions but was not great.
Waitress was awesome! Great personality. I think her name was Stephanie.
this was our new years eve dinner and we really enjoyed ourselves. our server was great, recommending choices we were deciding between; we never waited for food or drink and were able to sit and relax.
Food and service are consistently excellent. Salmon is very good as are the organic meatballs. Cannot figure out why people wait in line for a table at another restaurant nearby. Bravo's food and service are much better.
Food was clearly sitting under heat lamps for an extended period of time. Plates were scolding hot and the top of all the pastas we actually received were dried out. I didn’t even get my pasta at all. Had to speak to the manager who comped the whole meal but honestly that wasn’t much since we didn’t really eat anything other than bread and soup.
Food was cold, my daughters and mine both. My order was put in incorrectly and by the time I received my food correctly my whole table was done eating.
We waited over an hour just to get our food and had an 11 month old with us who was very hungry. I don’t mind waiting but felt one hour was way too long especially when the restaurant was only at half capacity.
I don’t remember my servers name but he was incredible! Brought me extra sauce and was super nice.
Food was absolutely DELICIOUS. My family and I will be returning.
We had a 6:15 reservation and had to wait until 6:45 to be seated. The hostess when seating us just kind of made a weird face and said “thanks for waiting.” I ordered the GF Cesar salad and all it was was a plate of lettuce and a side of dressing; same price as all the regular salads that contained many more toppings. Also ordered a GF pasta plate (initially they took the tray of 4 dinners to the wrong table) and you could tell that the plate had been sitting for quite awhile. Not only was it the Luke warm temp, but also the Alfredo had all dried up and was sitting on the bottom. I left feeling a little hungry after anticipation of waiting all day for this meal- it’s hard to find restaurants with designated GF plates. Not so much impressed and the prices were not worth the plates or presentation.
Our group was in the back room. We had plenty of room and the wait staff was very attentive.
Food is always outstanding, every request fulfilled and the service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
Very nice atmosphere and relaxing. Service was excellent as were their recommendations!
