Brasserie Paul Bocuse Ginza
Our young chef cook, Akihiko Hoshino finishes dishes in sophisticated and stylish way, by introducing modern essence to the genuine French Cuisine arranged by traditional cooking method. There are four faces in the restaurant. The first one if a casual brasserie area with open kitchen, and the second one is the table seats with calm atmosphere surrounded by the view of Ginza, and the third one is the stylish counter seats, and finally, a private room partition off by curtain and shade.
Attentetive service, nice ambience and nice brasserie food. If you go ther at evening, you could see the illuminated Tokyo Tower. There were some families with you g children which was nice.
