It was a last minute reservation, and the spread was excellent, but I had no idea I would be paying $100 per person for a Brunch Buffet. It was my wife and 3 kids, and while they seemed to discount the child rate, not sure how I can justify a $300 breakfast, Easter or othereise. I'll be sure to check the actual menu/rates next time instead of relying on a 3-4 star cost rating. Maybe $50 per, and $25 per child would have been more aligned with the actual value. Still high at what would have been closer to a $200 Brunch for us, so bear that in mind when booking here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the quality and variety of the brunch, though we’re sorry the pricing came as an unexpected surprise. For holiday brunches like Easter, we offer an expanded experience that includes multiple chef-manned stations, specialty dishes, and a broader selection than our standard service. These enhancements do result in higher pricing, but we understand how important it is for guests to feel fully informed ahead of time. Your comments are very helpful and highlight an opportunity for us to communicate pricing and offerings more clearly. We truly appreciate your perspective and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family again in the future.

Grateful to not be cooking on this holiday. Thankful the food and service were exceptional, however the silverware on the table was filthy as was the coffee cup. The butter I requested for my roll was frozen too. Underwhelmed to say the least. Last time I did this was in the Charleston SC Marriot restaurant around 2009. Had an awesome experience there hope next time I book a table here will be completely outstanding!

We will not go here again for Thanksgiving. We have gone a couple years but the service and food has gone downhill. They also charge $30 for children.whoch is crazy. Kids hardly eat anything. The servers were not available and we went later when it wasn't busy. It wasn't worth the money.

The food was good but the service wasn’t. All we really needed was someone to fill water glasses and take plates. We found ourselves taking care of refills. Admittedly we were there at what was likely a long afternoon for the staff but there was way too much conversation among staff and too little attention to guests.

We booked 330pm versus the last booking of 4 pm. The turkey and especially the roasted beef was very dry and overcooked. The meat cutter said more roasted beef is coming but never came. The desserts were not replenished at all. The servers were all talking together and no one came to check if we need anything.

There was not enough staff to cover the number of tables. We had to beg for water. We have a person in a wheelchair. Why were we put in back? THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF SIGNAGE LISTING WHAT FOODS HAD COMMON ALLERGEN INFORMATION. THIS COULD BE DEADLY. We will make a different choice next year.

Food was cold . Sternos didn’t seem to heat food hot. The carving station for turkey ham and gravy was cold. We had to ask to get refills of ice tea. Tea was warm had to ask for ice.waitress took her time removing the plates after each coarse. Stuffing was so dry it stuck to the spoon. We really had high hopes being a Marriott member that this buffet would be excellent!

Overall the food was really good. Our server for beverages was subpar and no one ever came to clear our plates. My biggest issue is I attempted to call the restaurant on Tuesday and again on Wednesday over 24 hrs before our reservation to modify our party number and obtain a refund. No one answered the phone or returned any of my messages. I also left a message in the open table app and no one got back with me. While the food was good, the service was lacking.

our first year dining here for Thanksgiving. it was a really good meal, with plenty of variety and delicious options. the crab and corn chowder was really good. Our favorite accompaniment was the goat cheese ravioli. The turkey and ham were cooked perfectly. The cheese spread was really good. the roasted vegetables and salad offerings were done well. We were so full, that we limited our desserts. the mousse shooters were just the right amount. The cinnamon apple cobbler was a hit with the other guests at our table. Comparable to our past Thanksgiving dining experiences at The Grove Park Inn in Asheville. We will definitely dine here again!

Dining room was very nice and buffet was well organized. I had to signal our attendant (waitress) for more coffee and water instead of her checking onus herself. She was quick once I had her attention. The food was a disappointment. Deserts were excellent but the main courses were bland. Not all of them but enough for us to talk about it. The roast beast was lacking something and no rare slices. The side dishes --- some had lots of flavor and some didn't. They tried very hard to make this a good experience but they need help with the seasonings.
