Attended with my husband brother and sister in law and our friends. Service was superb, food and drinks were delicious, brilliant, would 100% recommend and be visiting again soon!
Quite disappointed with the visit. The decor is fab, wanted to visit for a while. The service was really good. It's a shame such a nice place but the food quality was very average, even below. Glad we went when the 50% offer was on, as the food was very poor. Would not recommend at all. The menu looks great but not one of the dishes we ordered were good
somewhat worn decor. but for the pink experience it's fun. food was great. staff very friendly too
Went with my two daughters as an end of term treat. Service was awful, staff disinterested and inattentive. Food was lovely, but overall experience was not good, I would not return.
Our waiter was lovely but the waitresses were not the food was poor and the place not clean
Food was delish. Service was rubbish.
I feel Boujee is a little ‘been there, done that’ once people have their insta pics, poss not rush to go back? My little girls loved it though and I think I would take them and friends back however, we were lucky to get the 50%off and I probably would not pay full price for the food and wait for offers. I thought the mock tails were expensive snd bumped up the bill wuickly. Girls were lovely serving. Overall. Good experience
Went for my daughters Birthday as a surprise. We chose about 4 dishes with chip & stuffed bread sides. Food was good lamb chop a bit chewy. Presentation was good. Service was really good. It was good to go and the photo opportunities that was a bonus I would recommend to friends.
Atmosphere lovely. Service slow but I get it’s a popular place. Missing items from order but foods was lovely and fresh. The place is lovely!
Service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive and the table next to us had the same issue.
It was my birthday and the aesthetic was so fun! We got so many great pictures and made lots of memories. The only thing I would say is that the music was too loud for us to speak to one another at the table. Having said that, we did book for 8:30pm so I don’t know if the music is quieter in the day time. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.
throughly enjoyed my birthday night out loved it !! definitely will be back soon
Excellent service from the minute we walked in. Was a surprise for my daughters birthday and we were both surprised when the waitress came over with birthday cocktail with sparkler! My daughter loved it all! Thank you x
There was a hair in the food and when it was taken away and replaced there was nothing taken off the bill until asked
Service was really slow
We would come back but mainly for the venue itself
First time visiting and I’m sure we will go again.
Food was lovely and staff were friendly and attentive.
Nice mood and feel to the place.
Slightly more expensive than I had anticipated for drinks but even still was nice
Fantastic restaurant. So beautiful, so pink. We loved, loved, loved it. Great experience. Will recommend to everyone.
Such a gorgeous venue, and great food! Would deffo recommend
The best place in Liverpool to in drinks and take lots of pics
Such a unique spot for girls night, incredible food and drinks. Definitely recommend
Beautiful restaurant with very lovely and helpful staff. Food was very nice for the price, no complaints. Plan to return soon.
Went here for my daughters birthday. Took 45 mins to be given a drinks menu and then a further 15 to actually be asked if we would like to order a drink. Food was delicious when we eventually ordered
Must go! I wish there was one in Edinburgh.. such a beautiful place with good food and unreal vibes
Visited the Liverpool branch for dinner with a friend as it was a place to visit from our bucket list. The atmosphere was vibrant, everything pink with some good house music in the background. Aesthetics wise it was very 'Insta' worthy.
With regard to experience I believe we could have been seated in a better area as I had pre-booked my table for 7pm, I also noticed some waiters/waitresses seemed too busy to engage with customers and we felt rushed to order. Food wise I loved the coconut prawns and triple cheese bon bons although I do think they should revisit the sauce options as the food became quite dry and needed a saucer balance. I also had the popcorn chicken which tasted a little overcooked. We did have a few cocktails to wash it down such as the 'Pink Colada' and 'Take me to the Candy shop' which were very sweet but enjoyable.
We were looking forward to the evening got there slightly late 7 mins or so… but we apologised, but we got told to have a seat and waited for 15 mins to be seated at a table after asking twice what the hold up was. Ordered drinks after being seated for about 5 mins then drinks took an age to come. Asked for water for the table twice and still waiting for it! Ordered food which came cold and no servers came to ask how everything was! We were given the wrong bill at the end. One of the Hosts was lovely but apart from that everyone ran round doing not a lot and no smiles…this should be a fun themed restaurant but it felt a lot of effort to have a good time!!
Food was absolutely gorgeous and the cocktails are the best, great place for food and drinks, great service too!
A nice place for drinks but I wouldn’t recommend going for food and I’m not sure I’d go myself again for either. It’s very noisy so you are shouting and you only get 1.5hrs for your table. Service was good and quick. The food was awful in my opinion. Not very hot and the sliders tasted strange.
The food was amazing, the drinks were lovely (but it took a long time for someone to take our order. The restaurant itself is amazing, but it was FULL of children! We came for sophisticated 30th Birthday celebrations, but felt like we were in a crèche. You could barely move in the ladies toilets because of all of the children messing around in there. If I come back, it will be late at night.
Food & service excellent, had a lovely afternoon.
Great place...especially for groups or selfie mad fun! Too many kids running about though for my liking!
Would not recommend if you are GF, a party member made server aware she is GF. When food came to our table, the server placed food upon the GF party member so it could be passed down the table. I don’t think this is acceptable at all - if you have GF on the menu your staff should be made aware of how to serve to customers needs. We explained to our server that we was not happy about the lack of knowledge the staff had on this. Infact our server looked confused as hell when we was explaining. The restaurant was full of young children ageing from about 7/8 years old to teenagers. We found this really strange considering on their menu there are drink packages “delete all feelings”. Whilst you are trying to enjoy food with your party you have children running up and down getting photos around the restaurant. Around the restaurant you also have adults enjoying themselves, drinking copious amounts of alcohol to the point a couple of people I looked at their eyes were rolling to the back of their head. It really isn’t an appropriate place for children. If it proves popular for the children they should maybe accommodate a selected day or evening just for kids.
Due to the GF issue we refused to pay the service charge aswell.
I will say despite all of the above, the food really was outstanding. They just have other areas that need working on.
Food was burnt but cold. Ciabatta undercooked. We were disappointed as we were limited for time and could not wait for everything to be replaced
Our waitress Sian was fantastic and really made our day!
We went for lunch so it was nice and quiet when we arrived giving is time to get photos of the children in the Barbie box before too many people were around.
Not really much of a vibe. Everybody looked bored. Music was far too loud and very repetitive. Food and decor was amazing but this was only thing that really stood out. Went for a 25th birthday and no acknowledgement was made by staff that it was a birthday. Spent over £100 and birthday girl didn’t get anything. Clearly no concern over retaining customers. Probably wouldn’t return.
Had a lovely night at Boujee Liverpool our waitress Sian was lovely. Very friendly and professional.
Customer Service wasn’t brilliant.
Staff walking round drinking bottles of pop
Fantastic food and service in a great fun and friendly setting. Will definitely be back
Very nice place staff happy and helpful.. food was lovely great service good value for money
Only thing that let it down was …. Music was far to loud couldn’t hold a conversation waitress couldn’t hear what we were ordering had to shout the order … wish I knew lip reading
Would I go again … yes definitely only if the music was not as loud
Booking was for 7:30.
Staff advised us there was a delay, we was standing outside for 20 minutes.
Me & Friend went to bathroom, to see 2 free set tables.
We then had to advise the front of house people there were 2 free tables upstairs.
Eventually we got seated thanks to our own initiative.
Our food was 30-40 minutes late after ordering, we had to ask 2 people where it was.
We then received a service charge for £10.
Such an amazing place to be. The whole atmosphere screams club, bar and food in one the music choice is excellent.
We cannot wait to go back
Food was amazing. There was a bit of a wait for drinks but it was very busy so am not holding that against the staff, I could see they were doing their best. We were sat directly opposite a speaker it was really loudd, which wasn't very comfortable whilst eating as we if was difficult to hear each other. I understand people are going to Boujee for drinks for a night out but maybe dinners could be sat in a slightly quieter area.
