To replicate the authentic flavours that they missed from back home, both Jay and Anu knew they would have to get the “holy trinity of pizza” spot on, and as such, they needed to ensure that the dough, pizza sauce and cheese was on point. After laboriously sifting through (excuse the pun) almost every 00 grade of flour available, they selected a flour that was imported from a mill in Italian countryside that dates back to the early 1800’s.

Very enjoyable atmosphere with good efficient service. Pizzas we huge and very nice. Will definitely be back.
Lots of staff , couldn't find our booking. Had to ask three times for our bottle of wine to be brought to our table- also they didn't have the wine we actually ordered. Meals were average tastewise. Paid our bill and left then one of the head waitresses chased us down the street screaming that we hadn't paid our bill. We walked back to the restaurant and found the girl who we paid to - they hadn't closed of the tab properly. No meaningful apology. Not coming back.
