Ordered carry out dessert-Cheese cake and it was missing all components of our order.
Lasagna was burnt and inedible in areas. Previous experience at Bond was better.
The first sign that we made a mistake was the fact that the restaurant didn't smell like food. In general, food quality was poor, over-priced, no diversion from menu (everything seemed pre-fab - e.g. chicken parm could not be made without breading because the cutlets were pre-made). Only plus is location to theaters.
It was quite loud in the restaurant, very little fabric and a full house.
Food was very good and location perfect to theater
Celebrating moms 75th birthday
Everything from the moment we walked in the door until we walked out was phenomenal. Staff were very pleasant and took good care of mom walking with cane. Food and table service were truly excellent. Great overall experience.
A friends birthday love that they give you cookies while you eat 😊
Dinner was fantastic. What more do I need to write?!?! Go. Make a reservation and go.
Space was too cramped.
Our food was fantastic and served promptly and professionally. We enjoy eating here b4 or after Broadway shows. Highly recommend this restaurant
Bond 45 was wonderful. The atmosphere, service and food were very good. I ordered the crab avocado toast for dinner and thought it was really good. The guys ordered the veal parm and cleaned their plates. I would go back again and I would recommend this restaurant.
Very enjoyable experience, excellent food and very good service. Right in the heart of the Theater District so a great pre-show venue for dinner.
Had dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend before seeing Ain’t Too Proud one block away. I had the burrata ravioli. It was a perfect portion and delicious.
Exceeded expectations! Stayed at the Hotel Edison in the same building and decided to try it before a show. We didn’t realize the main restaurant was downstairs. Beautiful setting, great service and delicious food. The vegetable antipasto bar shouldn’t be missed. Ordered a 3 vegetable plate to share and there was some left over for our dinner vegetable. The Bronzino was perfectly cooked. The chicken Piccata Milanese was very good but my husband likes a lot of sauce and it didn’t have much. Dinner with 2 cocktails, 1 dinner glass wine, a shared salad and a cappuccino was $200 including tip. We look forward to returning again when in NYC.
Wonderful ambiance with great food and great service. It’s a win, win.
Great access time theatres. Good service. In and out.
Great pre-theatre spot. Consistently great quality food.
Pre dinner to show
I met with two of my colleagues for an early morning breakfast before a trade show. The ambiance was nice, and the wait staff professional and kind (even at the early hour!) The coffee and espresso were excellent!! What else needs to be said?😉 My co-worker and I each had the french toast. It was pretty good, but a little dry. The other co-worker had the buffet and appeared to like it. This restaurant is VERY conveniently across the street from the Marriott Marquis.
A warm and friendly atmosphere with a energetic serving staff. Sitting for a mid day matinee next door (Tina) we were able to enjoy our company of 6 and not be rushed out. Brunch was delightful!!!
We arrived early and informed waitress we had theater and less than an hour...we ordered and Waitres was horrible and ignored us for 40 min...one of or party left w/out eating...mangaer comped us out 5 min lunch...so he was good...
Group of friends getting a meal. Great time.
I always visit Bond 45 when I'm in New York. I usually have their excellent Veal Parm, but this time was hankering for pasta. At my waiter's recommendation, I sampled their truly wonderful Fettuccine Bolognese. (For a special treat, try their Fried Olives. Wonderful!). Will continue to return to this conveniently located restaurant in the heart of the theatre district.
Food was greatl
Problems with my granddaughter, nine years old order. She didn’t receive it until after ours and when we complained. Also the appetizer we ordered came with the dinner.
Good dinner spot in Theater District. Food was good - portions a bit small especially for our 18 and 20 year old hungry kids! The veggie anti-pasta selections were plentiful, healthy and yummy. The service was good - quite attentive to us even as the restaurant filled in with the theater crowd. We weren't at all rushed.
Very busy pre theater! Ordered French toast brunch the toast was burned, but not hot. The waiter did bring me another, but took a long time and had to leave. If you dine there let them know you request to be seated upstairs, it is very loud downstairs.
Tabl s are too close and no privacy. Tommy is excellent server.
The monkfish piccata was great! It's a good late night dining alternative with a full menu.
Really enjoyed it, food was delicious, staff very friendly very enjoyable meal
Filet minon was dry and IPA was just bitter and without flavor
Tables were very cramped in. Not comfortable that close. No room to push chairs back from the table....... big detractor.....
I brought four family friends with me to Bond 45. We did a pre-theatre dinner, arriving at 5pm for a 7pm show. It was very disappointing....as though they'd never dealt with a pre-theatre crowd before. Our food came at about 6:20 and it was cold and not really very good. I'd heard great things, but my experience wasn't a good one. And I was embarrassed in front of my guests since I'd recommended the restaurant. The manager came over to apologize and the server was also very apologetic, but nonetheless I wouldn't go there again.
Great food, wait service was excellent
great place before theater
Jennifer was a great server! Thanks for taking care of us... and sharing Julie's menu with us ;)
The food at Bond 45 is fine. It’s in a good location. I’d love to love it but I like it. If the food was as good as the service I’d buy a ring.
We have eaten here many times. The food has been delicious every time. So far there has been no disappointing dish. The service has also been great most of the time. We attributed the one bad service to an inexperienced waiter. We have found it to be a very convenient location when going to a Broadway show.
Food was great the music was great and the wait staff was exceptionally courteous.
Overpriced and poor quality food. Paid $50 for a filet that was tough and improperly cooked. Pizza crust had the consistency of a cracker. Very nice and attentive staff but paid a lot of money for a mediocre meal.
Food was amazing but on the pricey side.
Portions are on the smaller side.
Our waiter may have been new- didn’t ask what we wanted to drink and we had to ask for bread which he brought but no butter.
We had reservations for 4 pm and it wasn’t crowded at all but as we were leaving it was starting to fill in.
Perfect location after or before seeing a show.
