Welcome to Bocca Italian at Bokarina Beach on the Sunshine Coast! Offering hand stretched pizza, an array of Salumi's, breads and cheeses and fresh pasta's! Exec Chef Harry Lilai (Ex Cecconis Melbourne) and Head Chef Rob Bredhauer (Ex Bianca Brisbane) have created a menu designed for sharing with all the Italian favourites.
Osso Buco, Tiramisu and Polpette with flatbread are our go to's and we of course have a cracking wine list with local, local Italian and imported Italian drops.
Our cocktails are all made by Lauren Thomson, our amazing Bar Manager from Market Bistro, so of course we have the salted caramel espresso martini as well as a heap of Italian inspired spritzes, sours and shaken drinks.
We offer seating inside for 80 including bar and kitchen dining, another 50 outside, and a private room that seats 14.
We look forward to welcoming you into our home, at Bocca Italian, Tony, Luke and Harry.

    We celebrated my wife's 40th Birthday dinner @ Bocca last night as we had been told amazing things about the food & we weren't disappointed. The food was exceptional, not a complaint to be had. The risotto was smooth & silky, the pizzas were perfection as was the ragu duck & the gluten free options for one of our guests were fantastic... even the children loved their meals. What surprised us most was the high level of service we recieved. The attentiveness was something we've never encountered to that level on the coast & was a pleasant surprise. We must give a huge congratulations to our host for the evening as she was faultless & a treasure to the business. Bocca was lively, fun & felt warming. We will certainly look forward to our next visit in the near future.

    The $60 banquet was fabulous value & as always the food was wonderful. The service was not at the usual standard as I had to check we were booked for the banquet. Drink service was slow & we were not asked if we would like more drinks. Still one of my favourite restaurants on the coast

    We travelled 70km to get away from chicken snitzel, chicken parmigiana, wedges and all the other ubiquitous items that are on every other restaurants menu, it was worth it. The staff were excellent, the atmosphere buzzing and the food was fresh, delicious and varied, not a snitzel in sight! We will definitely travel the distance again, amazing restaurant..

    Experience was good. 1 dish wasn’t nice, the carbonara. The bacon within the dish was super chewy and unenjoyable. They did not charge the dish, which was lovely, but was told it was a characteristic of the dish. Have been any times and always amazing!
