we were seated upstairs which felt a bit like second best and i think the service suffered as a result. We had to repeatedly ask for service/more drinks/drinks (at least 5 times over the night) that we ordered and never came etc and the food was cold whenever we were served something. I had to send one meal back as it was almost stone cold. The food was incredible and beautifully presented but will have trouble chosing to go back after such a mediocre experience. I was so disappointed as it looked so promising. I am usually reluctant to leave bad reviews as I realise how much they can affect a business, but we were celebrating a birthday and it was quite an expensive meal. We felt a bit ripped off with the price vs service so I am pushed to post this i am afraid. Far from good enough.

The good: I really liked the ambience, food was yum, the waiters were super nice and they came out and surprised my father with a birthday cupcake. Food for thought: The flavours of the duck curry were great, but I thought they could have sliced the duck thinner. For the berry crumble, I felt I wanted more crumble (or less berry). Food was a little pricey for the amount you got.

Bobbi Pearl was an amazing experience! All the food we ordered was incredible especially the beef rendang, xo scallops and lava cake. Additionally, the service was phenomenal; thank you to the Team at Bobbi Pearl for going above and beyond for the memorable dining experience.

Great menu and the food really lived up to expectations. The staff were attentive and very helpful, happily adapting the portion sizes to our party of 5 when most things were listed in 3 pieces per portion. Will be going back again very soon 😊

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good but it was sooooo loud we could hardly hold a conversation.

little overpriced for asian/fusion more expensive than others i have been to dont cater to the audience - shared plates should be served to number ofppl dining we order pork skewers there were 3 should be 2 for 2 - dumplings serve of 3 -we were 2 ppl dining - asked if we could have an extra dumpling make it even and it was not possible - found this a bit bizzare as other places will do it - of course we would have paid for the extra !!!

We're sorry there was confusion when ordering your food, we will provide details below, but ultimately, this should have been communicated clearly to you on the night when you dined with us. We're sorry that it left you with a negative experience as that's not what we're about! - Team BP On our set menus and degustation, all items are served according to the number of guests dining. No additional serves. On our a la carte menu, we have Starters and Entrees that are served with 2 or 3 portions e.g. dumplings and pork belly bites. These items have the number of serves marked on the menu next to the item. We are always able to add an extra serve to ensure there are no arguments over the last piece!
