We offer wines by the flight, glass, and bottle. Patriot, our Bordeaux-style blend, is sure to impress. With a touch of Carmine Franc, Patriot is a deep full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot blend. Blushing Elk Rose is unique to our tasting room, made from ripe Chambourcin grapes, fruity and spicy. Our whites range from an Oaked 2017 Chardonnay to our Velvet, a Muscat Valvin/Riesling blend. Not a wine lover? We have a crisp craft hard cider, Prospector, named after the Gold Rush apple it is made from. Hungry? Charcuterie boards are sure to please!
Blue Elk Vineyard, worth the drive.

I had a fantastic experience for my 2nd visit here. I had emailed ahead because I knew what we liked and I wanted some things set immediately so nobody would have to wait and they accommodated me. The stables converted into rooms are very warm and intimate. The staff of very accommodating and we didn’t realize they had closed but we weren’t even made aware of until I had noticed the time and kicked ourselves out.
Highly recommend for a much more quiet and intimate environment. Great wine , great flat breads and an amazing guitarist created an calm and relaxed atmosphere which is perfect for deep conversations and “peace & quite ” from real life 😂. Definitely going back again. Also , staff was AMAZING all the way around .
Nice winery. Worth a visit. Grounds are beautiful.
A great winery! This was our first visit and we were very impressed. Sitting in a renovated horse stable was very cool. The wine was very good as was the flatbread. The only request would be to have more comfortable seating. We will be back!
Great experience! Highly recommend
Very beautiful location and the wine was delicious. There was live music when we were there which was a very nice addition. Flatbreads and cheese boards were great as well.
Blue Elk Vineyard is such a perfect location, nicely designed tasting room with plenty of space and very family friendly. We went for the Sip & Shop event to donate to Toys for Tots and of course to see Santa! The staff was energetic, friendly and very accommodating. The wines & cheeses were delicious! We got lucky with a 60 degree December day and got to enjoy the property and gorgeous weather! This will be a regular wine stop for us <3
I like the music and outside seating. Not sure about how I would enjoy the private inside seating. Two out of my three red blend tastings were very good, although $28 for a bottle of wine seems a bit high to me. I will be going back as long as there is music or an event there, but not just to sit to enjoy wine.
Birthday Celebration!
We were a large party and we were able to make reservations. They organized an area for my group. The staff was patient with us and attentive.
Gorgeous venue. Very intimate and safe. The flatbread and cheese tray we ordered were a perfect pairing with the delicious wine. Such a lovely experience during such a hard time.
Gorgeous vineyard! Loved the charcuterie board paired with the wine flight. The staff were very friendly, they even brought water bowls out for our dog!
Great new addition to Turkey Point ~
Live music on weekends and great Wines
We visited Blue Elk for the first time last week. We were quite pleased with the whole experience. The service and wine were great. The set up is unlike any winery I’ve visited with the individual seating in stables. We will be back again soon.
I was married at this property in early 2018- the new owners were so personable and committing to giving us such a special day. When we found out the winery had opened, we were so excited.
We were not disappointed. I was able to bring my parents, they had outdoor tables spaced out so that we all felt safe. There was a great acoustic singer, great wine, great cheese. Just a really, really nice day. The owner remembered us (how does she do that!!??) and I got to meet her family as well.
It is just a really special property, a really special family and a beautiful location to spend time sipping wine, listening to music and looking at an amazing view. So glad to see they are thriving during these crazy times. Looking forward to many years of sitting in front of that beautiful barn and farmhouse!
