It was closed when we got there

The bartender was excellent and we really enjoy this Xmas themed bar during the holidays.

Love the ambience but they appear to Overbooked because I requested a high top and was only given the option for corner low seating. There was also a party of people they were walking around with no mask on. The waitress did request that they put their mask on multiple times but I’m unsure why they weren’t asked to leave after being asked multiple times. It made me uncomfortable therefore we left.

No social distancing at all inside

I love this place! It’s so festive and puts you in the spirit of the holiday season. The drinks are superb, the service impeccable and the atmosphere is not to be missed!

My friend and I loved blitzen!!! Drinks were delicious and themed perfectly. The ambiance was great and the Christmas playlist was on point. Definitely recommend making a reservation!!!

Sitting outside with the fire pit, decorations and warm beverage felt like Christmas.

This place is a must during Christmas time! My group of friends had a blast here. Just wish there was a TV outside so we could watch the football games. Other than that; we can’t wait to go back next year!

What a perfect night. Everyone from start to finish was attentive, friendly, and safe / with masks. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Christmas-y night. Drinks were incredible and the decor was out of this world. We loved the music as well- dark Christmas beats!! Bravo Dallas and team. Keep rockin it!!

The drinks are pre-mixed (not sure why they're so expensive) and the food is basically frozen food reheated or from a food truck (again, not sure why it's so expensive) but the ambiance is awesome. Be prepared for a cool atmosphere and a high tab with mediocre service.

So cute, fun, and festive! Only thing is my group would have liked to take a picture in some of the other rooms, but the hostess was ushering us out.

My fiance and I came to Blitzen to finish off our 2nd anniversary celebration and had such a great time. The staff was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the festive decor was fun. We had drinks and then went outside to make smores. And it was great.

I really wish Blitzen lived up to the hype. For starters, we made reservations online but was not seated until roughly 20 mins after our reservation time. Okay fine I get it with the restrictions in place, we fully expected the place to be busy. We were given the explanation that our reservation said 2 so we needed to wait for a table for 3 people. Again the wait would not have been an issue for me but when we finally got sat, we were sitting at the smallest table with a chair pulled up to the end. Secondly, there seemed to only be one bartender that was working in the back room who never came to serve us. The host had to come check on us and even offered a round of drinks for the absurd wait. She came back later and brought our food and we ordered a second round of drinks, after that we virtually had no server at all. The bartender tended to every single table in the room accept for ours, even one that was sat after ours. Honestly, not sure where to place blame for the terrible service since no one officially greeted themselves as our server. To pay I had to flag the gentleman down and hand him our cards. Which he did not process correctly. Again I wish the service was better, the place is decorated so well and the drinks were photo worthy as well. They have a very small food menu with great snacks to choose from.

We had an awesome experience. We sat In the new area. The staff was extremely welcoming & our bartender was on top of everything. We did not order food but the drinks were awesome along with the atmosphere. I felt extremely safe. Tables were spaced appropriately & everyone was respectful about social distancing & wearing masks.
