The staff were exceptional, very friendly and understood the menu. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Food was excellent and meals not rushed with a good time between courses. Wine list varied but not cheap

It was great celebrating a special occasion at Black Hide as everyone enjoyed their meal including the kids. The steak are cooked well and the staff are great. Although it's on the pricier side as the meats did not come with sides. Will still recommend this place for those who wants to have a good food and great service.

We all enjoyed our night for a birthday celebration. We all choose a different steak which was good quality and perfectly cooked. I would happily recommend going there for a special occasion. The view looking onto Brisbane River is spectacular.

Food was very good- steak and lobster- however service was substandard. Waited over an hr between ordering meals and food arriving, wine was spilled on the table and left all evening and side dishes were served cold instead of hot. Whilst the lobster was excellent in preparation, taste and presentation, transparency of pricing should have been provided, as requested. The waitress who had served us through out the evening disappeared at some stage towards the end of the evening leaving us waiting a long time to pay the bill. Excellent food- very average service.
