The service was amazing. The servers were able to answer all my questions when I needed to make decisions from the food, the wine and desserts. Everything was spectacular. The meat was divine and the wine complimented the wine. All I could say was "Oh my gosh!" Everything was very very impressive and I will definitely return. Even though it is pricey; you definitely get what you pay for.

Perfection! Service, food , wine selection was outstanding. Fabulous decor, tables not all squashed together which made for a very quiet dining experience.

Food is lovely but over priced. Location is nice but dress code is patchy as people just come in from the Casino. We were having a meal for our anniversary and we had a family next to us with a toddler. But they were Asian tourist so were probably the target market.
We were there for my daughters 18th Birthday and it was very special for the restaurant to bring her a dessert with a sparkler on.
We would like to suggest if you can make the lighting brighter. We can understand that you would like to set up a romantic atmosphere but we had difficulty in seeing our food.
We hope you'll be open on Saturday/Sunday lunch and dinner as well.
I took my partner here for the first time for Valentines Day. Great upmarket place...however a little bit too pretencious for me...many of the other customers thought they were very special and slightly posh...although this does not normally bother me...it did tonight with so much staring and especially the foods we chose that night.
The entrees of scallops and arranchini balls...good flavour but not outstandingly or mouth watering...this was needed as the arramchinis were a little dry...tasty netherless.
Steaks were the highlight yet...the price...I have no issue paying high prices for exquisite food and I have many times...however not here. All in all good place and nice food.
Very disappointed in the overall experience. For what is touted to be a premium steakhouse and dining experience, there’s a lot left wanting. Initial service at reception and seating was ok, but table service throughout the meal was sub standard. Water glasses left empty for extended periods of time, drinks left empty for ten minutes before wait staff offered another round. Food was probably the furthest from the mark.. entree’s were very nice, chefs special scallops. As for the mains.. both came out barely lukewarm, one serving of duck that was very tough and chewy, and the premiere steak, a 9+ marble eye fillet that was ordered medium rare and came out overcooked, dry, and not in any way reminiscent of a $120 steak. Reception staff removed the steak from the bill, but still underwhelmed with the experience as a whole.

The food was simply divine! Best steak I have ever had anywhere. The noise was a little loud as there were Chinese New Year celebrations, drumming and dragons in the casino.
Wedding anniversary everything was first class couldn’t recommend it highly enough will definitely go back

Our group of 4 enjoyed the 6.30 pm dinner on Friday evening. Waiter attention with greeting, water top ups, menu information and everything else was perfect. The freshly baked bread was fantastic. The restaurant is very appealing and a comfortable place to enjoy dinner.
We enjoyed the Oysters Kilpatric! Superb ribs and slightly dry Aracini.
The Wagu eye fillet were delicious and perfectly cooked (med rare and rare) with the flavoursome char. My streak was slightly cold but the side dishes made up for this. The regular potato stack was far better than previous visits when it was a little hard to enjoy. All of the stack was eaten this time. The fish of the day was applauded in every aspect. Sadly, the extremely tasty tortellini was however undercooked with its tough pasta. (Loved the roasted Capsican and Tomato salad side dishes but the steamed vegetables went missing)
Deserts were very nice.
Overall we had a great dinner with sated and lingering palates.
The criticisms are offered as opportunities for improvement from our perspective.
I think it's over rated. The steak was wonderful but the potatoes that came with it were very average. It took forever for the bread rolls to come out on arrival. The crab was quite rubbery. The sides were average. We were big fans of the Lab restaurant and there was no comparison.

It was absolutely delicious. The best steak I’ve ever had. The staff were great. I highly recommend it. It was very fancy. Well worth it. We will be coming back !
The steak was actually a little tougher than I was expecting for a prime rib eye on the bone
It possible it was not rested long enough
The peppercorn sauce did not have much “kick” to it
The steamed vegetables consisted of only beans and cabbage which was very very poor and is false advertising

Loved the food. Thought the prices were a little high but the service and the food was very good. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We come from Mackay so we don't have the restaurant experience that we had at The Black hide. We will be back on one of our next visits to Brisbane
First time to Black Hide and what a great restaurant. An excellent wine selection and delicious entree’s were the highlights. The service and staff were also excellent and would highly recommend. Look forward to going their again.
Disappointing service! Female called Sir on 3 occasions, entree missed. Have been plenty of times and this was very out of character for this venue.

Wine by the glass extremely poor selection and quality. Not in keeping with its parent restaurant or what this restaurant aspires to.
Staff were responsive to a Gluten free request even though it was on the menu as GF. The meal was beautifully presented and very tasty.
As a frequent patron to the dining at the Casino we were excited for the opening of this restaurant. On arrival staff were friendly and every guest was greeted. Great atmosphere with a dark stylish tone. Unfortunately from here our waitress asked if we wanted a drink and then that was about it for the rest of the night. Other tables got the menu explained and specials read out. Another waitress heard us trying to work the steak options out and came to help us. Ordered Calamari to start was very tough, crumbed pieces for $21+ it was sad that the ones you get from the market are so much better and $9 a cone. The fennel salad it came with though was delicious, I would have loved that by itself. For mains the fat roasted potatoes were old and on the cold side, however BEST STEAK EVER. Beautifully cooked and seasoned, would highly recommend eating here just for their steaks.

We celebrated my 70th birthday while staying at Treasury Hotel. Wonderful meal - absolutely glorious steak. The atmosphere on the night was brilliant. We wil have no hestitation returning with friends in the new year.
Simply everything was outstanding. Service was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic and decor was fitted with quality furnishings and looked very nice.
Food was also spot on, steak was perfect and was one of the best I've had anywhere. Could not be more pleased that I went here. I also went again the following day and booked again on my last day in Brisbane.
Not the cheapest but worth the price for the service and food
Perfectly cooked steaks, medium rare wagyu 5+ ribeye and eye fillet (which even kids got for their kids' meal - v impressed!). Service was attentive; slight dessert hiccough was smoothly rectified. Great for special dinners. Will definitely return.
