BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - West Palm Beach
We know we can always count on BJ's for great wine, great food, great service and a nice ambience. We missed it when their doors were closed due to the virus, and we're very glad they are open again.
Fantastic service! Got seated right away and got very attentive service the whole time. Will return soon
Good to be back
Nice restaurant close to Palm Beach Outlets. Easy to find with good food and not noisy.
The food is quite good but the experience was very rushed on a Saturday evening. The hosts were attentive and helpful but the wait staff was busy and seemed understaffed and hectic. I have eaten at other BJs and enjoyed the experience but this location is not my favorite.
Our waiter Hollis was very attentive. Asked us several times if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Our food came out in a timely manner. The food we ordered was delicious. I will always ask to be seated with Hollis. Just one complaint and that is that at the front desk upon entering they seldom sign us in and therefore we lose points on open table. I hope that the manager informs his staff on the importance of signing people in.
We were promptly seated in a booth and received excellent service. All our orders were promptly served and delicious! We appreciate that our server took the time to take our photo, as we had friends visiting from out of town.
Everyone had something different from the menu and all was delicious! From burgers and ribs to salads and Brussels sprouts all would be good choices.
Food is always good. I tried a powerbowl for the first time and added blackened salmon. It was just as good as the picture looked!!!
Really good plant based options for those w diet restrictions
Had reservations and was seater on time, The server was knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting favorites of the restaurant. Plates were presented well, however pork chops were overcooked although of excellent quality.BBQ ribs were meaty ,could have offered a choice of rubs.
Would go back again, this was first time there, maybe try again or try something different..
The service is terrible . There was a woman smoking cigarettes in the covered patio. when asked for her to move outside she refused. She was actually given a togo box by the staff to allow her to put her ashes. We waited over 20 minutes between service as the waitress was no where to be found. The restaurant was not busy. the food is mediocre and nothing to go back to
Marissa was patient and attentive.
Except for bringing my soup after the entree all was good. Food was tasty. Love the Blond Lager.
Great waiter; Eric. Slow roasted double pork chop is always great.
Probably the worst dining experience/ service I have ever had. The waiter was beyond incompetent and disrespectful, which is a total understatement. Just horrified by his behavior....
Service was really slow.
Everything was wonderful what table is ready as planned with our reservation and the staff was great and our food was perfect
Karen our server was fantastic. Everything was delicious and fresh.
Service was not great. No place settings, several deliveries of food that was not ours, and one server tried to deliver a take out order that was not ours but still wanted to leave it at the table.
excellent sevice and food...Brianna was excellent waiter
went above and beyond
Good food, large selection for all types of diets and non diets. We like the pizookie.
Extensive menu with something for everyone. Our server, Heather, was superb, always checking with us.
Had a little issue with the open table points. Apparently, at check in, the host hit cancel reservation instead of checking us in. Had to call the next day and get it straightened out.
Large menu with many options from small bites to complete dinners. Has gluten free options and is sensitive to peoples food allergies. Good for people who like healthier options or wish to splurge on comfort food.
My wife's friends got together and had a great lunch! They all had different types of salads and said it was very enjoyable!
Open Table was a godsend for this reservation. When we got to the restaurant people were being told it was an 90 minute minimum wait for a table. Although the hostess told us at arrival that Open Table was not working with their system that night, she soon found our reservation and we were quickly seated. On Sundays at BJ’s they have a great Prime Rib Special: 15 oz prime rib, soup or salad, two signature sides, and their Pizookie (Ice Cream and warm cookie) dessert, all for $27.95. Despite how crowded the restaurant was, we were lucky enough to get the last two medium rare prime ribs they had. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly and all the accompaniments were good as well. Joseph, our server, did a great job taking care of us, despite how busy he and the other wait staff were on a Sunday evening. With the playoff game between the Saints and Eagles on the TV’s throughout the restaurant, the place was packed.
We’ve been to BJ’s in Orlando, Fairlawn, Ohio, and now West Palm Beach. We’ve never had a bad meal or experience. Great food and drink at a reasonable price.
We made reservations for our party of 5 but when we got there neither of the two hostesses bothered to look for our reservation. After waiting about 15 minutes, I reminded them again that we had made a reservation and we were seated 15 minutes after that. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. Everything else was wonderful.
The only reasons that I did not put "Outstanding" for food and value - 1) they did not serve any bread or rolls with the meal as other restaurants do & 2) The house salad was $3.75 and not that great. But our meals were delicious and generous portion (we both had Atlantic Salmon). The beer was good too. Our server even let me taste 2 beers before choosing one. We got our food very quickly. They even took pictures for us. We really enjoyed it and it's a lovely place. We would eat there more often if they would have coupons.
It seems that the quality of this establishment is degrading (I've been here, several times along the years)
The only consolation is that they're in line with other establishments in West Palm Beach - Brio, Cheese Cake factory etc.)
Always a pleasure.
Very good. Great crispy crust pizza, which we love!
Waiter accidentally spilled an entire drink all over me! He apologized profusely; and then he offered us one free dessert. Although I said nothing, I didn't think that was enough of an apology. I was soaking wet and smelly.
Service was good. The food was excellent
Food is average - great desserts. Fun casual restaurant with lots of choices for everyone.
Food was nothing to write home about. Service was ok. Nothing I would go back for
