We had minor slip-ups (ignored a no-ice-in-drink order, and we got bone-in instead of boneless wings). Towards the end of the meal, I ordered a beer and dessert, and said I was excited to drink the beer with my dessert. The beer never came. Halfway through dessert, I flagged down our server to get me the beer, but a smaller one because I no longer wanted a larger beer. He brought the 22 oz anyway because it was poured and said he’d charge me for the 16 oz. I’m maybe 1/4 through the beer, and he comes back and says I can’t have the 22 oz without paying for it. I look at him incredulously. He just says, “I’ll just fix it. Hang on.” Snatches the beer from the table and takes off. He brings me back a 16 oz a couple of long minutes later. Having my meal ripped away from me without asking ruined the entire meal. The manager fake-apologized and hid behind policy. The server learned no lesson.

The service and food was not great. After ordering it took 45-50 minutes to get our food. My wife’s meal was cold and they reheated it. Then my wife’s meal came with a dessert which we waited for another 20 minutes. After an hour and a half we asked for the bill, never receiving the receipt and no adjustments made to the bill. Very disappointed.

We were seated just a little after our reservation time. Our server was very pleasant and got our drinks to us very quickly. We ordered right when she brought our drinks since it sometimes takes a little while for the food. It came in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was pleased with their meal.

I have always enjoyed this place. I was not happy, however, with my pizza and salad (combo). My pizza was cold and salad...that was a wedge...was missing the main topping...bacon and blue cheese. Our waitress was good...but had several tables so it was hard to catch her. The appetizers are always good. We got the nachos and she gave us the choice of meat for 17.99. We got the steak. Very little on it but very good. When I paid it was $24.99!! I asked her about it and showed her the menu that did not show any other price for steak (beef)....and the waitress said it was the same. Not happy with that when it wasn't even on the menu.

BJs was excellent. The service was great. My party of 7 were seated quickly and didn’t feel rushed to order. They did a great job with Gluten free orders for a couple of us, which the manager came over to reassure us on those details. I love the menu here, with great options for everyone. Definitely a great choice for our family gathering.

With a party of 11 the service was great. Waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Food was great and was brought out fairly quick. Thanks Great job!
