This is the second Bistro Guillaume that has opened its doors, with Guillaume’s original restaurant at Crown Melbourne receiving One Hat in both the 2012 and 2013 editions of The Age Good Food Guide.
asked for special consideration to celebrate a 65th birthday, got a table stuck in the corner, no view of anything and definitely not an experience to remember. Just wished we could have booked into Nobu.
It was the most unpleasant meal for our 10th wedding anniversary. The waiter was rude, and refused to engage with us, when I asked for a cup of tea he walked off, my champagne was flat, my husbands ginger ale was flat, we weren’t offered dessert. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately there was a small mistake with our order where we had intended to share a dish, however 2 dishes were prepared.

We came for our birthday and had a delightful table overlooking the pool. The food and service was exceptional and we will be returning. The best French Onion soup I have ever had . A really, really pleasant experience.

The entrée and main meals were simply awesome. The only downside was my profiteroles dessert which came with ice cold profiteroles which I believe was not just from the ice cream,which was great by the way, The profiteroles were very cold which makes me think they came straight from the fridge
I would personally have the profiteroles and the chocolate sauce either warm or at least room temperature with the ice cream.
Other that that the ambience was great and the staff very nice.
Special seating request was provided which was great. Initially concerned about noise/crying children from a couple of quite large tables in window alcove areas however this lessened over time. Service was adequate but could have been better. Food was delicious.
We have been here previously and was looking forward to a wonderful night however felt the service did not meet our expectations. We ended up leaving after sitting with empty plates & glasses for over 20 minutes and restaurant did not appear overly busy.
Disappointly average food for a high price tag
Beautiful venue, impeccable service by both the Maitre D and the waiter.
Food was nice, however the gluten free bread looked and tasted like the Coles home brand.
The duck was also dry and lacking in flavour. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food.

Very happy with the high quality and taste. Service was perfect, good timing and not pushy. Comfortable seats, no aching backs or bottoms. Not close to other tables, so conversations were kept within our group of 5. We had the 3 or 2 course special luncheon offer, though have been there for a la carte previously. Choice options were very good in each course and quality excellent. Slightly different flavours than the par. And not too creamy either, especially for French food. Wonderful luncheon
The service was impeccable from start to finish. We were told the specials and left to choose drinks. We never had to wait for a waiter, they were there the moment they noticed we were done looking. None of the appetizers caught our eyes but the mains and desserts were absolutely incredible. The raspberry souffle special I had was wonderful and so light for such a large looking meal! Absolutely perfect on such a warm night. The only downside was the heat, there was not enough air con.
Good spacious seating provides privacy. Service was attentive and professional providing assistance in choise where needed. Food was mostly of high standard although some dishes seemed typical hotel restaurant class by being half pre prepared reducing the quality which would otherwise have been excellent.
We have been here many times and can recommend.

Seated opposite the kitchen and service hatches. Main course had a very uninteresting menu and had to send my fish back as over salted, and by then had gone past it.
Overall disappointing for somewhere we had heard so much about.

Had recommended this place to a lot of people over the years, but hadn’t eaten there in awhile myself. So to have the less than desired dining experience we had was disappointing.
Steak tartare was good, but only served with 4 x crisps? budget cuts.
Cheese soufflé, without any cheese and cold in the middle. Terrible.
Lemon tart was ok. Pastry was not, flakey or buttery at all, more dense and almost wet, if that makes sense. Too long in the fridge maybe.

The quality of food and it's presentation at Bistro Guillaume was second to none. We enjoyed the relaxed, quiet ambience of dining with the friendly and excellent service of it's staff. A pleasure.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. I addressed my dietary requirements at the time of booking. Not only was it not brought up by the staff, they had no knowledge of it and I felt like such a bother to them. After being told there was no garlic(allergic) in a dish, I ordered it and upon serving was told that there was in fact garlic in it. No suggestion for alternate dishes and I had to pay for the dish. The server seemed detached from our table and spoke as if he was in a grumpy mood.

Beautiful vibrant decor & various seating styles available. Service was fantastic without being overwhelming. Food & drinks served quickly. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Desert was lovely, not too heavy (chocolate profiteroles).
Handy location for post drinks in other bars at the casino. Perfect for ladies catch ups or date nights.
This used to be our favourite Perth restaurant. We tried again after an absence of 2 years.
Our drink order was incorrect. I ordered sirloin steak. It was so tough as to be almost inedible though cooked correctly to medium. My wife ordered barramundi. The fish was too overcooked.
We finished our meal and left disappointed.
We had been there for only 1 hour, and a waitstaff comes over and tells us they need the table in 5 minutes and basically pushes us out the door. This was very rude and left a sour taste in our mouth and ruined the end of our night. On your website it says that we are able to stay for up to 2 hours, yet we got asked to leave just after 1 hour of being there. Really rude and most likely not to come back if this is the way we are going to be treated
