Food was good but service was well below usual standards. The better of the waiters looked untidy and the other kept looking at my daughter's breasts when at our table. Totally unacceptable. We had to ask for water and the drinks menu at least twice. For the prices charged the service should be amazing. The restaurant was basically empty besides our table of 6 squeezed next a table of 8. Perhaps our experience explains why there were many less diners than usual. A very disappointing night.

Other than missing one small part of the order everything was excellent. Greeted at the door with a smile and welcome and departed with a smile and thanks.

THE PLACE WAS REALLY COLD. SERVICE THEY TRIED, BUT LITTLE THINGS LET THEM DOWN. OUR CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL WAS MISSING AN INGREDIENT. WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THIS THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. IF THEY HAD LET US KNOW BEFOREHAND WE WOULD HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE. MY NEXT DRINK NO GARNISH IN COCKTAIL. SO MY NEXT DRINK I ASKED FOR LEMON OR LIME IN IT. IT CAME OUT WITH NONE. SMALL THING I KNOW, BUT ATTENTION TO DETAIL MATTERS WHEN YOU ARE PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T GET DELIVERED.

As explained in private, we were understaffed and missing key senior staff due to illness. First time we have been to this restaurant. We were very impressed with all aspects. Food was great, excellent client service and nice background music.
