Bill's Restaurant & Bar - Worcester
Food was amazing, service was excellent the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the outside chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in at a restaurant annoy fault anything else though and would highly recommend
Excellent night out, lovely service, great food and nice ambiance. In a lovely part of Worcester.
Booked table through internet for husband's 50th. Didn't seem to know we had booked. The service was great, the breakfasts were nice although the sausages didn't taste right to me not sure if it was what it has been cooked in. However nice breakfasts.
We are big supporters of Bills and have visited many around the U.K. when we travel.
We haven’t been very far over the last 18 months due to Covid but thought we would venture out and decided on Worcester as there was a Bills there which we hadn’t visited previously. We pre booked for 2.00pm and then telephoned to alter to 1.30pm which was done easily. We had a nice welcome and asked where we would like to sit, ie in or out. We choose in and I asked if we could have the table at the far end of the restaurant out of the way, which we did. Inside was very quite. Tables were well spread out and cleaned every time someone vacated a table. Our waiter was Scott, who was very sociable and attentive. The food we chose was excellent and great value, which is what we have come to expect from Bills. The only small criticism we have is the service we had at times was a little slow considering how quite the restaurant was. Other than that when if we go to Worcester again we will certainly go back.
Although we would partially recommend we felt evening menu for food not very good value. Service was excellent as was the wine we chose but, think this venue better for breakfast or lunch. In a pretty courtyard outside.
Excellent service great food a nice to sit outside with some good weather
Menu is very small and food very average. Staff very friendly and accommodating but take a long time to bring the bill both times we have been. A very average experience.
Slow service, wrong amount on bill, over all not great
A nice variety of food to cater for a vegan, a fussy eater and the rest of the family:
Excellent service, lovely food, great value. Would definitely recommend.
Another great meal at bills worcester never disappoints 😋
The best part of this meal was the server, smiley, dark bearded guy, his selling techniques were the best and I should know have run 2 very successful businesses! Food was ok, chips were oily and very crisp as though cooked twice! Burger was supposed to be medium but both were medium to well done! The food here is what it is, so somehow expected it to be not up to the mark.
Another lovely breakfast at Bill's with a friend (her first visit). Food was great and the staff lovely ad usual. Loves Bill's for breakfast treat.
Waiting staff were good, food was only fair, ambience was also fair, expected better food for the price!!!!
We should have had olives and bread when we first arrived. The olives however arrived just ahead of our main meal and we had to request the bread again, it finally arrived half way through our main meal and it arrived as toast with no butter which we then had to request. There were other issues with slowness of requests such as condiments etc. The food was lovely and so was the venue just the service let us down.
Always good food and service in Bill’s. This one is no exception.
An enjoyable breakfast. Thank you...................
Disappointed, pancakes where more like scones too thick and dry. Service was ok, apart from the smoothies been dropped all over us. But mistakes happen.
Fabulous place to eat and great customer service!!
service was a little slow (probably like the rest of the nation due to staffing issues) But staff were great, it was in fact nice not to feel rushed.
Place itself is beautiful, the food was good, but was a little burnt but still tasty. Costumer service was good as well, but my 2 companion was a little offended when they've been mistaken as children when they're grown adults in regards to the menu being offered. But over all not bad.
Fantastic evening with great food and good deals. Superb service!
A pleasant place to eat with good cocktails and menu choice.
From entering ,a very warm welcome, very attentive staff ,very friendly, could not do enough, to make our stay as enjoyable as it could be .
Will definitely return .
Our waiter was not in a good mood very brusk yet not around enough to take our orders. we were on a two hour parking meter. This was a wed lunchtime. we had ticked that it was a birthday yet nothing was said or done by the staff. Last time we were there stuff happened. came away less than impressed. Starters were yummy mains ok, pud great.
Great breakfast and service. Would recommend the Bills Brunch 🙂
Great food and service made for a lovely evening.
We love Bills and used to go a lot, but the prices are a little out of our range now. We paid nearly £50 for 2 mains, a bottle of water, a coke and 2 elderflower drinks. As such, we’ll have a find a more reasonably priced place for our regular outings in future. Such a shame.
Bill's is always a nice enjoyable place to eat with friends and family. Service was a bit slow for us this time and my espresso never arrived but on the whole this is a nice place to visit for a casual meal.
Disappointing visit. Order two items from the menu only to be told they were unavailable. Why not tell us when the menu came? Surly service from a waiter who was rushing despite it being a very quiet night. Had to ask twice for water. Very bland food: chicken with mushrooms and mash - dry tasteless chicken. Fish pie- all potato very little fish and the chunks of fish weren’t tasty. Always had great breakfasts but this out me off dinner.
Lovely service and food. Always liked this branch of Bill’s
Very good value for money. Food great. Staff very friendly - especially Henry who made us feel very welcome
Food was good, service was helpful and friendly. They could do with a bit more ventilation, we sat inside and it felt a little stuffy. I would eat there again but would book a table outside.
Busy staff seemed inattentive. 3 cups of tea from pot for one but only given 1 sugar... Didn't ask if we wanted sauces etc.
Staff and food was great but not happy at 12% tip being added to the bill
Food was great , cost was ridiculous. All the extra add ons , then a 20% service charge added ! Cost really not justified for the food received . £200 bill for four of us, which only included two beers s can’t blame alcohol costs. Will not be returning
Food was delicious! I had the Eggs Benedict and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert I had mini doughnuts with white chocolate sauce 😋
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Definitely recommend and I'm definitely going back!
Good Gluten free menu and I feel safe to eat there lots of choices
We have been to Bill's before but this was the best meal we have had there. Couldn't fault the food and the service was excellent.
Great service! Waiting staff were lovely! Food was delish!
