We were a party of 7, including two children and a teenager, we dined at lunch time in half term. Considering that Bill's was quite full, the staff did a very good job of looking after us. I had reserved a table in advance. We were led to this on arrival. The food was good and much enjoyed. A special shout put should go to large the gluten free menu, as one of our party has a gluten intolerance. Bill's in Cambridge is a good meeting place and good value. We will be going again.

Delicious shakshuka and eggs hollandaise. We eat here several time a year and always enjoy the great menu. The service was really friendly and proactive and appreciated! Thank you!

We have eaten at two different Bill’s Restaurants to date, both were a treat. We will be keeping an eye out for them in future when we are out and about or away for the weekend now. I am a clean freak, so dusty ornaments and light fittings in eateries are the only thing I didn’t like but, the very way they are designed to be quirky means they are filled with industrial fittings and have a ‘junk vibe’ makes it all very difficult to keep really clean anyway. Staff are just lovely, food is tasty and prices are good. Would always recommend.

Bill’s is a great place to relax and enjoy some great food. The atmosphere is welcoming and service is just right giving you time to enjoy your food at a good pace. The food has a wide selection and the quality is very high, it’s only my second visit but already is my go to place. If you are going try the Cinnamon donuts… you won’t regret it.

Felt a but chaotic in terms of the staff. Only one staff member who was working on the sitting people down appeared to be aware on what is he doing. The food was okay, no complaints. Obviously nothing extraordinary, but it reflects the average price label, so worth the price paid. Prosecco glasses needs upgrading, toilet area looked after more (no toilet rolls available), but overall atmosphere was pleasant. I would potentially return. :)

Always great service at bills! Never been to the Cambridge one before, service was great. Unfortunately they had run out of the vegan & gluten free pancakes. Which was the main reason for booking

Having eaten here on many occasions the standard of service was not good despite not being very busy Waited 29 mins for our drinks another 20 for our starter and then had to ask when the mains were arriving , best part of two hours for a simple two course lunch time meal Food was very good , recommend the fish finger sandwich

Service at Bills-Cambridge, was poor. We had booked a table of 11, all ordered starters and drinks to begin with; 2 of which forgotten, along with being told they had no alcohol on draught. We were served bottled beer at almost £6 a bottle (330ml). Mains were ordered and brought out within reasonable time, however there was a clear lack of communication between the kitchen and staff, this lead to meals being switched/misplaced and even completely forgotten. Don’t think we will be returning to the Cambridge Branch.

It was late on a Sunday evening so didn't expect it to be busy. We ordered drinks which took an age to come. We could see them on the bar but the 2 waitresses were too busy chatting. When I pointed out to one of them our drinks were ready she gave me a foul look. On top of that I chose 2 different courses and neither were available. The food once it came was OK. I won't be back.
