everything is nice except the mobile signal is very poor but it is not a big deal.

food and red wine is perfect and staffs are very friendly and ready to give a recommendation on food and drink which is so impress.

We was left to stand outside waiting for ages. And in the end we walked away and gave up. Looked very busy and no staff around

Me and my Husband dined here for our Anniversary. It’s the best food by far that we have ever tasted! everything was perfectly cooked! We had the festive 3 course it was absolutely delicious.

It was a great experience. Nice food, everyone was really kind, quick service. They were always making sure that we were okay and we appreciated it a lot. It made us feel we made the right decision choosing this restaurant. Big thanks to Mel and the manager as they were incredibly kind. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone reading this.

Despite the obvious hard work of the staff, they were clearly overwhelmed by the constant flow of customers and prospective customers. Waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes, despite having booked a table, is not a pleasurable experience. The table we were seated at was subject to the constant draughts from the constantly opening door. The food therefore became cold quite quickly. I was never given any water. The staff were so busy that it was difficult to get their attention. The food was ok - not up to a great standard and not good value for money. Ie comparable to The Ivy which has much better service, decor, ambiance & is warm!! Also, you do not have to queue outside for 15 minutes. At £60 for 3 burgers & 2 cokes this was a disappointing experience. I have had brunch a couple of months ago- which was excellent- but it was better staffed then.

Bills Bath is my go to favourite restaurant. Having just had another surgery I needed to get out the house and chose this venue. Good food, amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Probably the highest quality food you can get, always delicious. I don't like the automatic inclusion of a service charge especially at 12.5%, when I think it shouldn't be more than 5%

We both had the Bill’s Brunch which was delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was how hot it was in the restaurant and I was sat right below a heater vent so we ended up being in a rush to leave.

Nice restaurant, good food, but there was no social distancing between tables. Even though the restaurant was not too busy, the waiter put a couple to sit less than one metre apart from my table. Dangerous and disappointing

The food was bland. The vegetarian platter was all deep fried “food” and had no taste.

The service was friendly though....

We eat at Bills frequently as we like the menu, ambiance and service. The food is always excellent and usually I will give it 5 stars. However this time the standard of food quality slipped slightly. It just wasn’t as ‘normal’.
Great service and excellent covid precautions and I don’t mind paying the 12.5% service charge included.

Please keep the Bath restaurant open in these difficult times. Excellent staff, service, food and ambience.

Had a lovely brunch. Everything felt very hygienic with sanitiser at the door and table. Our server was so lovely and made conversation with everyone at our table and waved and acknowledged our 2 year old who had taken a shine to her every time she walked past.

The food, service, atmosphere and the level of hygiene due to Covid was excellent, we felt very safe and comfortable while enjoying an excellent meal, we can highly recommend Bill's in Bath.

We booked the day. Enforce as we were having a shopping trip. Glad we did as it was busy. We were seated almost immediately and ordered our drinks which came very quickly. The food order was quick as well considering how busy it was. Food itself was lovely as always. Nice atmosphere as just before Xmas .

I’m gluten free and they couldn’t be more helpful, thank you for a wonderful birthday breakfast 🎊

Unfortunately my husband chose the sea bass. It was very overcooked, dry and shrivelled up. He ate it as he did not want to disrrupt the occasion by sending it back but he will not order this again. However, my crabcakes were delicious.

What a lovely restaurant . Staff are very welcoming and attentive. We felt very safe with the precautions in place. As for the food, great selection, very tasty. Highly recommend

The moment we entered the restaurant,we had a warm welcome and was shown to our table, lovely menu ,we had a platter to share which was nicely presented and delicious,washed down with a Prosecco cocktail

Food & service was sublime

Overall a tasty meal.
Childrens meal not so great. Really fake tasting macaroni cheese and such a strong chocolate mousse with a heavy texture not a mousse at all.
The adult meals were nice and the staff were friendly and jovial. The chef or someone from the kitchen brought up some meals to the table but was quite solemn with a HUGE hickey on his neck which didn't install much confidence with regards to social distancing!

Highly recommend. Very covid safe too which I was very impressed with.
