The truffle pizza arrived as black as the truffles itselves, and the pasta had six more minutes to go to be al dente. After sending the pizza back the manager mumbled it is going to take 6 minutes, no compensation whatsoever. So I munched alone on my undercooked pasta. It was Halloween and this was trick or treatundercooked p

The homemade pasta and sauces were absolutely delicious and clearly the standout part of our meal. Everything tasted fresh and made from scratch, and the quality of the food will definitely bring us back. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the cuisine. Our server was slow to bring drinks, did not clear dishes in a timely manner, and failed to provide replacement silverware when needed. He rarely checked on our table throughout the meal and seemed most attentive only when it was time to bring the check. A few small touches could go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Complimentary bread with the meal and unlimited iced tea refills would be much appreciated. Also, the menu would be even better with the addition of homemade meatballs to accompany the excellent pasta and sauces. Great food, but the service and overall dining experience need some improvement to match the quality coming from the kitchen.

My husband and I chose Bicicletta for our date night. It was his first time. We dined outside on the patio. It was a perfect fall evening. Collin was our waiter and his service was stellar. He gave good advice and I tried the mussels and fries…..OH MY GOODNESS! Hubby had a pizza. The food was delicious! We will definitely go back :)

Food is excellent in flavor just needs little additions to make it attractive…the plates are delivered as if taken off the cook top at home…nothing appealing to the eye. i.e serve balsamic vinegar with the oil that comes with the bread you pay separately for. Place a basil leaf on the pasta, slivers of Parmesan on the tortellini. Service was excellent! Music is too loud - everyone has mentioned this over several visits. You can’t carry on a conversation beyond the person directly across from you. Reservations a must! On a different visit we arrived as a party of 2 at 3:35pm on a weekday…we were not allowed to be seated at a table even though there were only 2 tables in use. Since we didn’t have a reservation we were sent to the bar which was packed - 1 seat available. One of us stood and ate. We spent an hour and 15 min there leaving at 4:50….still very many empty tables. I believe only 3 tables were in use when we left BEFORE 5pm. Felt unfriendly.
