   Very pleased with our meal. I got the Clams in white sauce and spaghetti and garlic. I asked for extra, extra garlic and I got it. Was delicious. I was so pleased I went to the kitchen counter to ask who made it and a young person said he did and I complimented him on how fresh the clams were, the butter white wine sauce was exceptional and he blushed and said thanks. My wife had the Ravioli and it was very good. I ended up eating two of her Ravioli and again that was tasty. Probably my best meal ever at Bertucci’s.

   Made a reservation for 8:45 on a Friday evening. When entering we were told the kitchen closes at 9 so we’d need to immediately know what to order. We walked out and went to California Pizza Kitchen.

    Our favorite part was the kind of people who work there! So polite and friendly and kind! McKenzie greeted us at the front door and greeted everyone as they left! John, was just the best! All around wonderful guy! Our server was fabulous and it was her last day working there because she finished up school and will be an accountant... she was absolutely lovely with us and we said that we hoped we would see her next time and she explained that she will be an accountant but hopefully she will see us here. We gave her extra tips because she was just so wonderful!! Her name was Ang. The pizza was crispy and the sauce was good...

    We love to take our granddaughter to Bertucci’s. She always enjoys the hot rolls and dipping oil. She ordered spaghetti and meatballs from the children’s menu. She ate some of it, the sauce was virtually nonexistent. Just a few tomato clumps on top of the spaghetti. It was not anything like sauce. We had a delicious Italian salad and a margarita pizza. The pizza used to be covered with fresh tomatoes and basil. Now the tomatoes look like the sauce that was on my granddaughter’s spaghetti. Not the best. The service was very attentive and responsive. The atmosphere was fine. We will go back, but with an Italian name like Bertucci, I think the sauce could be much better.

    Our server was great despite his being the only one available for the whole restaurant. Best red sangria ever. Menu was very light on celiac food options so I got the insalata with salmon. Salmon was over cooked. Other meals were decent. There is no ambience. Basic tables, brick walls. Prices are good.

    We had a birthday party for a friend at Bertuccis to let her know we love her and wanted to celebrate her. We had very good service and the food was very good and plentiful. They are doing a good job of social distancing, temperature checks, masks, etc. Please come and support Bertucci's with your patronage.

    A nice place for a good Italian meal. The portions are sizeable so you can take some home. The rolls are delicious. The service is very good. Come and enjoy.

    Very short staffed....only one server in entire place. Meatball side wasn’t hot and they didn’t have any cod that we asked for. Had to wait 29 minutes fir check and drink refills. No manager visitation to our table he kept checking his cell phone.

    Steven, our waiter was great. Food was very great as well. They checked out temp before sitting us but 30 mins later sat a couple within 6ft of our table.

    The wait staff was so friendly and outgoing and accommodating. Great drinks. The kids enjoyed the Waiter’s company! Such a joy. He was an older gentlemen who was also a bartender. Even the host was so nice. The food was good and we were slightly picky and they accommodated our requests without a problem and followed thru! Would recommend definitely and will be back our next trip down to KOP!

    This was the second time we have had terrible service from the same staff member. Took nearly ten minutes to be acknowledged once seated, received drinks but no bread, sat for nearly 30 minutes with no sign of any staff. Finally, manager served us our main dishes, complete with no silverware or condiments. And the salad we ordered was never delivered. Finally, 40 minutes later, our assigned server showed back up like nothing happened, finally refilled our drinks (took 15 minutes) and then disappeared again. Other tables being served by him complained as well. A family member had the same staff member and a similar terrible experience over a month ago. I have had great service from others and question why this young man is still employed. If we go back, we will refuse to be seated in his section.

    Had a great dinner here with my grandmom and fiancé. The outside fireplace was really cozy and our food was delicious. Also, can’t say enough good things about our server. Definitely recommend stopping if you are at the mall!

    I regularly meet a friend at this Bertucci's. The food and service are very good. I had a situation where my food was too cooked and they replaced it quickly. We had a nice meal. I recommend Bertucci's for a nice dinner out. They have outdoor and indoor dining.
