Food was good, but disappointed that coupons were not valid on one of the dinners we selected.

Our server was amazing! She was not just the server but the bartender and sus chef. She was very attentive even though it seemed like she was being pulled in a million directions. I enjoyed my gluten-free pizza but my husband was underwhelmed with his meal. Not a phenomenal experience, but it was ok.

Good waitress. Wings a little undercooked with no flavor. Very little Parmesan on wings. Mozzarella appetizer sat for a little and was soggy and room temp.

Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the hostess stand which was annoying. Had the meatball calzone. Tasted good but was small for the price and literally had maybe two meatballs cut up inside. I would have enjoyed it more with more meat since it was a meatball calzone and not a cheese one. Service was lackluster but tolerable.

Food amount smaller than usual. Salad looked old and lettuce was brown and wilted. Chicken piccata was greasy and room temperature (tasted like it sat for awhile). Chicken Parm also tasted like it sat.

Limited menu ..disappointed the reason I went there was for the antipasto .. not available. Wish limited menu information was made known

Food was good but service was poor. We’ve had great service at this location previously.

Went for a late dinner on a weeknight. Loved the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken! Excellent house red wine, too. Love the rolls with oil. Attentive service. Thumbs up!

The only thing that saved our night was our amazingly sweet server. The food was inedible. The pasta was overcooked and super greasy. Our booth was disgusting. There was old food caked on the wall of the booth and cobwebs everywhere. Really sad to see how downhill this place has gone.

Place is amazing.great food.real nice servers. Good value. Would definitely recommend to people that have never eaten there before.the biggest problem i may have is the fact that they don’t seem very diverse.in this day and age of every one being exactly the same I think they should definitely hire the same amount of whites as blacks.i mean we are all equal.so why all the inequality? Really enjoyed it anyway.thanks👍

My only comment is that we felt rushed. We were maybe there start to finish 30mins. I would have liked to have stayed longer to catch up with my friends.

Wonderful as usual, so happy they were able to reopen for in house donut.

We were excited to return post COVID closures, but were disappointed with smaller portion size on our favorite (Chicken Picatta).

This was our first experience at Bertucci's since the "pandemic." We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Highly recommend!

There was a hair in my piccata but besides that we were vining

First time there. Everything was good! Hubby was craving Alfredo and he loved his dish. Even ordered a pizza to take home!

Great service and the food was timely and well prepared!

Overall, I like the food at Bertucci's but on this day, they seemed somewhat overwhelmed for lunch for Valentine's Day. It sounded like they didn't have enough servers.

Comfortable dining with good standard food, large menu and adequate wine by the glass.
Does Italian reasonably in a pinch. Great rolls, as always.

Christmas Eve. Our waitress was exceptional!!

My chicken parmigiana dish did not meet my expectations. Chicken was cooked too long judging by the marks on it and the pasta and sauce looked like it had been sitting a while.

Food could have been hotter....luke warm was the pizza..but very enjoyable lunch

The reservation was made for a birthday celebration. I notated it was for a birthday under the "special occastion" drop-down. I put a note in the comments indicating who the birthday guest was asking for a cupcake with a candle. I got nothing. No cupcake, no candle, no acknowledgment that there was a birthday at all. End result - if you want to celebrate something special, secretly beforehand, don't dine here! Very dissapointed my request was ignored.

We have Ben going to Bertuccis since it opened. The tomato sauce is the best of any restaurant in the area and the pasta is mixed in the sauce before it arrives at the table... not schplotted on top with white pasta showing below. The pasta needs time to “receive” the sauce before eating. That is why it is cooked al dente....to finish cooking in the sauce. Every Italian knows that. That is why spaghetti tastes better the next day. Insist on it!

Unfortunately the waiter was not paying attention to the order I got a margarita drink instead of margherita pizza

Held a committee meeting, excellent space for us all, great food as always. Love the oven baked pizza. Service was fantastic.

Sat 15 minutes at table before acknowledged by a waitress. Waited 45-50 minutes for food- way too many pepper flakes. Made new meals with no peppers. Manager never came to our table . Waitress , Jesse very nice. Restaurant has gone down hill and prices are ridiculous.

It is always noisy in busy restaurants. Other than that everything was great.

Food was excellent as usual. Service was beyond excellent. Steph at the bar was super. You can tell that she really enjoys her job. It comes across in a big way. Please let her know that she is really appreciated! Thanks.

We had 15 people. The server Jessica was wonderful. She made sure we always had drinks. The food came out hot and tasty.

We had a very good meal, because the server was very good and we enjoyed the food. We especially liked the grilled vegetables on the side of the chicken piccata, the wings were good and the pizza as usual. It was very pleasant on a Sunday and not loud in the restaurant.

Pizza and salad were great. Service was outstanding. Steph is the best!

We enjoy Bertucci's. The food is consistently good, as is the service. We ordered pizza and Chicken Parm. Their pizza is good tasting and the pasta dishes are as well. I frequently take advantage of special dinner offers they frequently offer.
