Outstanding service and excellent food. Le Cassoulet was perfect paired with a nice red wine, felt like a short trip to Paris.
Eating outside worked outcwell. Felt safe.
Benoit has been a favorite of ours for several years. We are thrilled they seemed to have survived pandemic.
Food is very high quality. Love Castleton, quinnelles and skirt steak.
Server was knowledgeable and witty. Fun.

Fantastic food & drink coupled with warm service. 5 Stars
Excellent food and wine. People are very nice but somehow not as attentive. All in all, we had a good time.
Don’t ever be early to a Reservation - the Wait Staff will make you pay dearly

Despite outdoor dining, we had a lovely time. Brunch and cocktails were amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive. (The outdoor set up was also very well-done!)

Staff was very attentive, polite and professional along with their prompt service. The food was flavorful, delicious, and the presentation matched the delivery. Wine/spirit selection consisted by the bottle or by the glass of a wide variety of wines/champagnes, which can be hard to come by. The entire experience is superb and would recommend for a lovely date or anniversary. We will return :-)

Had another lovely meal and experience here on Saturday night. Very much enjoyed my two glasses of Puligny Montrachet wine thanks to the highly professional assistant manager Emma who took care of me after I expressed my displeasure with a borderline inept waitress who ignored my requests even after I told her that she took way too long to approach me. Rest of the staff, including managers Marc and Jeremy, and server Miguel, are absolutely wonderful, however! Benoit continues to be a classy and authentic French bistro with the best onion soup and tarte flambee in town! Will be returning in two weeks.

This restaurant was wonderful! We ate there the first night they were open again after closing for COVID. The staff were so welcoming and everyone seemed very happy. The food was So delicious and authentically French. The bartender made me a delicious mocktail, while others enjoyed delicious wine with dinner. We ordered the chocolate soufflé for dessert and it was amazing!! I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Celebrated Lunar New Year with mom: Filet mignon was one of the best steaks I had. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked, melts in your mouth. Poulet roti was bland, even with sauce tasted bland as well despite adding a lot of ground pepper. Tarte flambee was great, a little bit oily. Needs more bacon/lardon on it. Cheesiest french onion soup was memorable as well. Fantastic attentive crew and lovely ambience is also a great plus.

Benoit continues to shine even during these challenging times. Wonderful service, delicious food as is their standard, and a great makeshift warm atmosphere. Dare I say I felt “normal” during our dinner.

Outdoor seating for more than 2 people was terrible. Refused to give us more than one heater for four people. Overall just not a great experience.

The bread and butter, the pickles, the charcuterie, the filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, the fries, all so delicious. I highly recommend. Very friendly and attentive service as well.

I went on Christmas Eve it was totally rushed by the restaurant .I made an 830 reservation and they should not be taking reservations at that time. Management made me feel like I was at a McDonald’s hurry up hurry up hurry up . Ordered second glass of wine and got a quarter pour. Love this place but Christmas Eve was not good.

This restaurant feels safe to dine in New York at the moment. It is a bit cold but we didn't mind. Food is as good as pre-Covid-19. Service is great. The outdoor terrace that they built is very nice, elegant and follows the outdoor dining rules.

Every time I go to Benoit I remember why I love it so much. The tarte flambé is a must! So classic, so perfect! The steak tartare is delicious! The berry martini was so great! Don’t even get me started on all the incredible desserts!!!!! There’s literally nothing you can get that you won’t love. Feels like a perfect Parisian cafe with the most attentive and wonderful staff!!!!! GO NOW!!!!!
