It was ok overall. The bao's seemed a bit soggy and collapsed when holding which I wasn't too impressed about and the cocktails were average. Everything else ok.

Consistently excellent food and the value for money has always been reasonable too. Only thing is that the service delivery with regards to the ordering promotes a lack of attention to the customer despite everyone being really nice. Small thing really and just a constructive criticism. When you can’t know who ordered what, don’t just serve food to someone as if it’s theirs, it’s a bit weird to have to core t them over something so obvious. Just ask. Too keen to clear our table too, once again, ask us if we’d like our table cleared a bit whilst we’re clearly still eating. So yeah, just asking the customer instead of doing whatever you feel like doing. That sort of thing makes a bigger impression either which way than what you might think.

They put the bill down in front of us before we had even finished receiving the food we ordered. They got our order wrong even though we have to fill out the sheet with what we wanted to order. Really disappointed.

Food is amazing as always. My favourite are the OG baoger and spicy bao noodles but everything on the menu is so good. Can never get sick of this place. Love the music and vibe of the place too.

The food and service at Belly Bao are always second to none. The music is always too loud, though (I’m too old to shout all evening these days!), and the prices are on the expensive side.
