   Best high tea we have ever had, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We all had an awesome time and will definitely be back.

   While I’d booked for 11am, it was such a pleasure being at Belle that my friend and I stayed till 2:30pm! The decor is divine and the staff were superb. There was no pressure on us to move along or purchase huge amounts of food. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. The food we did have was perfect as it was beautifully presented in just the right amount. Coffee was made just the way I like it. Definitely my kind of venue ❤️🙏💜

   Lovely food and service. Probably a tad expensive but this was a birthday treat so I am worth it. If you don’t want to spend so much, buying a takeaway of cakes and saviours would be well worth it.

   We had a lovely morning with outstanding food. The service was great and value terrific. Online booking was quick and easy. The noise level from the table next to ours was the only downside to a wonderful experience.

   We have eaten many times here and the food remains good. However, this time we were disappointed with the service. Two weeks in advance I had requested a specific table in the corner but was disappointed to find that the table was not available when we got there. The manager told me that my request was not specific enough. Given the advance booking and specificity of my request I would think that if there was any confusion the staff could have contacted me to clarify the request. To add to the negative experience the manager, towards the end of our main course, said she noticed that I had mentioned our guest wanted gluten free. His order of veal showed up that it was a gluten free option but it turned out to be crumbed. We also found that the air con got very cold after a while. These unfortunate experiences dampened our experience which compared to the six or seven times we have eaten there before with many different friends is a pity.

   If you’re looking to book your next High Tea experience- book somewhere else. We were very disappointed in the lack of care in detail in our experience. The waitresses themselves were helpful but the quality of the high tea itself was a letdown. The food was dry and the dishes were dirty. I had to return my glass of water because it still had someone else’s lipstick marks on it, not to mention how dirty the pot of teapot was when I received my tea, it was almost embarrassing that the waitress brought it out without thinking about how gross it was. For the price, we paid for 2 x high teas the level of service did not meet, unfortunately.

   We didn’t realise 11 am cut off for brunch menu and 30 min delay for lunch menu. We were caught with no menu for 30 mins (apart from high tea or pastry cabinet). Disappointed to see other guests arrived a same time were permitted bfast menu. Third visit and we need to get timing right for next time…
